Luxury condo near Clearwater Beach. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation condo is located in Clearwater, FL just 5 minutes away from gorgeous beach.
Recently remodeled condo has an open floor plan and is fully furnished to accommodate stay for a group of 6 guest (4 regular + $15 each additional person a night stay). Large balcony with storage where you can find necessary things to enjoy your time on the beach. Kitchen features brand new appliances and dinnerware. Master bedroom has queen size bed, toddler bed, second TV and private bathroom with shower and walk in closet. Second bedroom features 2 full size beds.
Tampa International Airport 20 minutes from here. St. Pete/Clearwater airport also about 20 minutes. Busch gardens - about 40 minutes. Disney world - 90 minutes.
Your rental will also include full access swimming pool, washer and dryer inside the unit, wifi internet, free parking and everything you will need to make your trip to the beach much easier: beach cooler with wheels, beach umbrella, portable chairs, beach towels and toys for kids. 2 regular size bicycles are also available for guests use.
This Condo sleeps 7 maximum. Rent is for 4 people only and every extra person is additional $ 15 per day.
Cleaning fee is 120.00 per stay
Application fee is $ 25.00
Tax fee is 13%
Deposit prior to arrival $ 250.00
Minimum age - 25 and photo ID required

Winter months January, February and March are only rented as full months and two months rent minimum required

Great place and even better owner

This unit, while not as modern as others in the complex, was a hidden gem. The condo was immaculate ( walked around with brand new white socks on that remained white) and had plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils. They also had everything you need for the beach. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely stay again.

I loved this place.

The property manager was great. When I needed to get ahold of him, not because of anything he did, I was able to get ahold of him on the phone very easily. The place was clean and well stocked. The location was very nice ten minutes from Clearwater Beach, twenty minutes from downtown and thirty from Six Flags,and the zoo. Also TampaPass is worth it.

Clearwater Condo

Easy access to property. Clean and well stocked. Great location to everything, Publix, Walmart, Walgreens as well as to places to eat and last but not least the beaches. Only complaint was the residents above us. They had children and they were very very noisy.

Clearwater Beach Trip

The condo property was very nice and clean. It was a little difficult to locate unit numbers so perhaps signage could be more clear. Our individual unit was nicely decorated and clean. The owner serves as the property manager who is not in Florida but he is very responsive. We did have several problems that should be addressed for future rentals or noted in the description. The ice maker does not work. The recliners shown in the pictures are electric but have no plugs and do not operate. The queen bed in the master has been replaced with a king so the chaise lounge shown in the pictures is no longer there. HVAC was an issue if you wanted the temps lower than 72. It would just shut down and not operate at all. Eventually, it would come back on but temperatures outside were very hot which made for some uncomfortable times in the condo. The internet was not working so we had to wait for the cable company to come and replace the modem and the router. All is well with the internet now and information is listed on refrigerator. The condo's pool was very cloudy and milky looking so we were not comfortable using not knowing what the issues were. The second bathroom has an issue with the drains. Water would stand in both the sink and the tub while using. Even having all these issues we were not displeased with the unit but know it could be better for future rentals.

Good value for money

Clean spacious apartment with lots of supplies: towels, beach equipment, bikes, etc…Good location to get to beach with a car. Slight smell of smoke in the apartment which didn’t overly bother us. Master bedroom shower is a bit temperamental as well. On our last night,we had downstairs apartment playing music on their balcony until 3am - I guess this was the weekend crowd. Otherwise, great apartment and good value for money.

Clearwater Getaway

We loved this property. It is perfect for our getaway with our friends. It was convenient to shopping and everything we wanted to do. The property owner, Lukasz, was awesome and took care of everything we needed. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Clearwater.

Nice condo, clean, comfortable for our family!

We enjoyed the condo and was very comfortable for our entire family! We loved the enclosed covered porch for rainy days and the beach chairs were the best! It had plans and pots for cooking plates etc, just like a hine would! The only negative was the tenants/visitors upstairs were noisy during a couple of nights and one of the beds in the kids bedroom was noisy! Would rent again! Highly recommend

Great family spot!

Our family of 5 stayed at this property for vacation. There was plenty of room and it was very clean. Communication with the property manager was quick and no issues. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook, just bring your own food and paper products. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, again bring your own paper products. The home was stocked with beach towels and beach toys as well as a cooler and kart which was perfect since we flew in. The property is in town so Clearwater beach is about a 5-10 minute drive but worth spending time there. Tampa is about a 20-30 minute ride and Orlando is about an hour and a half. The pool was fun and whole property was clean. We wish this property was was available at other locations we travel to, it was a good time!
