No 96 Holiday House Kurnell

Located on the historic Kurnell Penninsula, this modern 3 bedroom fully furnished house is situated in a quiet residential street.

If you are a business looking to accomodate your workers for an extended period or are renovating your house and need an extended stay, please message me as our rates are negotiable.

Only a short stroll to Silverbeach on the shores of Botany Bay, with access to a boat ramp and safe swimming beaches.

Botany Bay National Park is a 3 min drive or 15 min walk, where you will discover Captain Cooks Landing Place/monument, picnic areas with free BBQ facilities.

The cliffs at Solander Point provide an ideal location for Whale watching, while the rocky outcrops appeal to scuba divers, snorkellers and keen fishermen. Horseriding stables are located 3 mins drive away as is the 4WD park at Boat Harbour.

Catering to the sailor or kite surfer, is Kurnell Catamaran Club and popular kite surfing spot located at Bonna Point.

There are also golf courses nearby at Cronulla and Woolooware.

The bus stop directly in front of the house, provides easy public transport to Cronulla only 10mins drive away, where you will find you are spoilt for choice with the many Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, Clubs, Cinema, beaches and bays or catch a ferry to picturesque Bundeena.

Hop on the train to thriving Westfield Miranda, only 10 mins away for a days shopping or head off into the city of Sydney only 45mins on the train.

As with a lot of Sydney suburbs close to the city, Kurnell is only several kilometres from Sydney airport. Some aircraft noise does occurr during day time hours, depending on wind, landing and take-off patterns. However, as residents of Kurnell, any noise heard only lasts 15 - 20 secs, I beleive this will not affect your stay.

Myself, my fiancé, my mum and our 2 dogs and cat had a fantastic time staying here. The house was extremely clean and tidy, had everything you needed and great outdoor areas, front and back! The bus stop is literally outside and a local shop and coffee shop a 5 minute walk away. The beach is a short walk too. Jodi has been excellent in their commutation with me. The stay was great and we are looking to stay again in January. Thanks Jodi.

Great Cottage in Kurnell

Very comfortable cottage with great outdoor areas and so close to the beach but in a quiet street. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. Lots of lovely decorating touches to give it a holiday feel with all the comforts of a home. Great stay!

We had a great stay, the aircraft noise didn't worry us to much, had some good lunches in 2 local cafes, and walks along the beach paths with our 2 small dogs . It was a good location for us to visit friends and family in nearby suburbs, and do day trips into the city and down to Kiama and Berry.

A hidden gem

A fantastic pet friendly property in Kurnell. We needed a base for our family Christmas week and this was perfect. We really appreciated the special Christmas decorations as well.The road is busy and there is no off street parking, however we always managed to find a spot.I would definitely stay again.

Everything we needed!

A well equiped home away from home that was perfect for a weekend away exploring Kurnell. Loved the history, walks in the national park and the beaches (our dog loved the dog beach being so close!). As plane watches we enjoyed being under the flight path and did not find the plane noise disruptive. Also found a couple of excellent bakery/coffee shops and gift shop . Jodi was an exceptionally helpful host.

Jodi is a great host. Very friendly, gregarious and accommodating . She advised us of many things to do and see. Great location outside of downtown Sydney (45 minutes) from the airport. Lovely home in Sydney suburbs

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday House in Kurnell. It is a beautifully landscaped little oasis in a quiet neighborhood (although it is sometimes in airport flight path). We came to Australia to watch the Women’s World Cup. From Kurnell it was a short drive to trains that took us to the city center and to the soccer stadium. We loved the local bakery, pizza place, and other nearby shops. The owners we very responsive and helpful!

Family celebration

Jodi (the host) was there to welcome us and dropped off portacot and high chair which was great. The house was very clean and comfortable and ideally suited our needs. Very impressed by all the extras the property offered (condiments, kitchen accessories, beach towels etc) Being able to walk to the beach was great. Out of the rat race

This cute house is very well set up and very clean. We loved that it was away from the crowds of Cronulla but not far to it. We also loved the walks along the bay front every day with our dog who loved the safe and secure back yard. Planes do come low overhead during Northerly winds..could be annoying if you are there all day. Overrall, we loved it there.

It was a nice place to stay, please be aware there s no off street parking, so you have to park on the street, there was always parking close to the house. Neat clean Comfortable. There is now an Air-conditioner in the lounge room.

Wonderful Stay!

We had to stay recently to attend a funeral and we were so impressed by this place! From the amazing communications with the owner , to the well equipped house , The cleanliness and comfy beds - we all had an incredible time at such a tough moment in our lives, I do wish this place had air con - because it would have been the most perfect stay ever and it was particularly warm in a heat wave when we stayed - but there were a lot of fans available - so that made us much happier ! I’d come back and stay at this gorgeous place anyday - the backyard is especially nice too with a bbq , and we really appreciated the open space plan in the home also Thankyou for letting us stay and hope to be back soon under better circumstances !
