THE VIEW

A209 - Sandy Paradise faces west through the building, offering a lovely partial ocean view, and is just a quick stroll down to the beach. Sandy Paradise is ideally located in the quieter "A" building, situated just across the road from the main complex. While you still have full access to the main complex amenities using your gate key, the "A" building offers a more private experience with its own exclusive heated pool, hot tub, and grilling area.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The condo features beautiful, upscale custom cabinetry in both the kitchen and bathroom, perfectly complemented by Corian countertops and an extended breakfast bar. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and everything you need to whip up delicious meals! The dining area features a round table with seating for 4, plus two additional spots at the bar—perfect for a quick bite or for younger guests.

LIVING AREAS

The living area is tastefully decorated and offers a variety of comfortable seating arrangements. Relax on the large couch, loveseat, or rocking chair, and unwind by watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV with complimentary cable. For a cozy winter day—or just to set a relaxing mood—enjoy the fully functional, custom-tiled fireplace.

The bathroom hosts a gorgeous custom-tiled walk-in shower and a convenient separate vanity area.

A209 is perfectly arranged to comfortably sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom features a plush King-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while the living room offers a Queen sofa sleeper for additional accommodations.

Enjoy the convenience of 1 assigned parking space in the secured underground garage below the building. A209 is also fully equipped with all the essential gear for a truly magical beach vacation, including beach towels (4), sand toys, a beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs (2).

Please note: There is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round—meaning not too hot, and not too cold. If you happen to visit during a warm spell, we provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub. Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation.
