We love this area and this particular building. The accommodations were perfect and the views were spectacular. The host was very responsive to a question I had. The bed was actually comfortable! We will book this unit again, and if it were ever to go on the market, I would totally be interested!

This was a beautiful unit in the heart of Downtown Cocoa Beach. Everything was within walking distance with lots of entertainment. We would definitely love to stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this condo. We loved the area and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The condo was very clean and well stocked with all that we needed. My favorite was watching the sunrise from the balcony. The host was easily accessible especially when we accidentally forgot our entrance key

This is the best location. Live music, bars, restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed everything about this place. They had beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and sand toys for your use. Beautiful views and very safe. The inside was beach decorated and comfortable. Communication with owner was super easy and he was very helpful. We will be back for sure!

Perfect location

A great condo in the perfect location. Right on the beach with amazing views. Out on the street side is downtown Cocoa Beach with great restaurants easy to walk to. We’ll stay here again!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and the kitchen had ample pots and pans that were really nice. The view was spectacular. We stayed three weeks and I wish we could’ve stayed three months. Location, location, location!

Perfect location for the beach, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. This condo is very well appointed and offers a great stay for adults and teenagers. We will definitely stay again. The property manager and owner are very friendly, helpful, and communicates everything we need to know.

One of our favorites places!

This is our fourth time in six years staying at this complex. We love the complex, but especially love this condo! The owners are easy to communicate with and the condo is perfect for our family of 4! We will for sure be returning and hopefully booking this condo again if it’s available in future years!!

Property was exactly as posted. The beds were amazing and the ocean view was amazing and calming. Was able to see the lift offs of Cape Canaveral from our balcony. The whole trip was very relaxing & stress free. Would book again for sure.

Great location and view.

Our stay was very fun and relaxing. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby too. Condo was nice and clean. Has all the amenities that we needed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is there where roof repairs going on while we were there and being top floor you hear it all. That being said I would stay there again.

Why they chose this property

It is quite frankly the best beach on the central Florida Coast! Close to Orlando, Cruise Ships. We were drawn back to Cocoa Beach and specifically the Boardwalk Condo Complex during our search for beach property. Incredible views from the 5th floor balcony sealed the deal. We fell in love with the place and surrounding area. We are never bored with so many things to do. The ocean of course, golf just down the street at the CC Country Club, great restaurants, boating, fishing...it's all there.
