Blue House - 250m from the Beach

ONE BLOCK FROM BEACH ACCESS. SLEEPS 6 PEOPLE. PET FRIENDLY. FREE WIFI

The "Blue House" is situated in a quiet street only 250m from the beach and is a perfect place to chill with family and friends. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people comprising 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room with roomy vaulted ceilings. The Blue House has recently been decked out with new kitchen, bathroom and hardwood timber flooring in the living areas and freshly painted throughout.

Outside, an undercover entertainment area with BBQ awaits your enjoyment. There is a large, fully fenced grassy backyard that provides ample room for children and pets to play.

The house is also a short walk to the Ocean Grove Hotel and Bistro, local cafe and playgrounds. Its only a short drive to the Ocean Grove main street and shopping complexes .

Please note: Schoolies will NOT be accepted. Parties are not allowed.

Property Layout

The "Blue House" has 3 bedrooms all with large built in robes:

Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed.

Bedroom 2 has a Double bed.

Bedroom 3 has a single over double bunk

Beds are supplied with a mattress protector, quilts, pillows and an extra blanket for each bed. Please BYO your own sheets, pillow cases, and all towels.

The lounge area has a comfortable living area with leather sofas, TV, DVD and Bluetooth speaker and CD stereo system and adjoining dining area.

The kitchen is equiped with Fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and basic kitchen neccesities.

The house has separate bathroom, toilet and laundry with washing machine.

The "Blue House" the has split system airconditioner and gas log fire heater for your comfort. Pedestal fans are provided in all bedrooms

Pets are welcome, but we request they remain outdoors at all times (unfortunately the garage is not accessible). Also, please remember to bring your linen.

Awesome location

Terrific house - has everything you need. Beds comfortable and great space in backyard for kids to play cricket and run around. Close to coffee shop for morning coffee run. Close access to beach just shame ramp access to beach is closed limiting access for older dogs - this is no way a reflection on house because house is wonderful.

Blue house

Fantastic property. Great kitchen and lounge area. Great bathroom. Very neat and tidy. Beds in all rooms are extremely comfortable which is a massive bonus as most places use cheaper bedding. Makes for a comfortable nights sleep with the sound of the waves crushing softly in background. Big backyard for children a plus too. Thouroughly enjoyed the stay.

The Blue House - A little Gem on the Ocean

In a great quiet location with easy access to the beach. Property well maintained and secure. Excellent for your dogs with plenty of enclosed garden to the rear. Ideal as a retreat for a holiday or long weekend. We enjoyed it.

Quiet and close to Beach

We loved our stay at the Blue House. A basic, casual house clean and with everything you need. We loved the very short walk to the beach and the quiet location. Woolies is just a few mins drive or a nice walk. Central for driving to all the attractions of the area - wineries, other beaches, towns etc. Would recommend and would stay again.

The little blue house gave us everything we needed. Even the dog had a wonderful time! Very cosy and well fitted out with plenty of space for us all. A little hidden gem.

No fan in one of the bedrooms was not good on a hot night Lawn was quite long, would have been nicer if cut Owner very helpful via email. Board games & toys for kids appreciated - it is not always good weather when you're on holidays! Well sited house, wonderful place, highly recommended

Long weekend get away

Amazing property. Absolutely everything we needed. Immaculate on arrival and easy to find. Beach access 250m away so perfect walk for kids and dogs to locate beautiful beach. Quick drive to supermarket if you need anything. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Cosy and affordable

Really enjoyed our stay at the blue house. Short stroll to the beach and good coffee (cheeky cow). Has everything you need for comfortable stay including multiple games ( 1st time I have seen my teen ages off their devices in a while).Modern kitchen fully equipped, great pressure in shower and good sized back yard for pets. I would not hesitate to recommend, I know I will be back!!

Excellent Location

This quaint home is in a great location close to beach, shops and a local cafe. On our arrival we unpacked, left the car in the driveway, walked to the beach each day. We loved everything about the property, especially the gas log fire, in which we played board games in front of on a couple of nights. We will definitely be back.

We loved the fact we could walk to the beach and town from the property, although it is a bit further than 250m. Great backyard were a fair bit of cricket was enjoyed. Would have liked the cooling to have extended to the bedrooms, however the house is very neat and tidy. Kitchen was a good size however the oven doesn't cook well, appears as though the door doesn't close properly.

We love this house, it's a 15 min walk along beach to main lifesaving area. 5 minutes to beach stairs. We love that it's quite and that the house is simple and loved. Off street parking, big back yard, bbq and outdoor setting, nice simple cafe 5 mins walk away. No dryer or dishwasher but that works for us. Thanks for sharing

Very comfortable beach house

The Blue House was exactly what we were looking for. Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and 2 adult sons. Location is superb. Very close to beach and a very short drive to shops. The house is very clean: kitchen is spacious and had lots of utensils: bathroom is a little on the tired side. The house offers lots of room to move around. The board games were fun. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Craig for the late check out.
