Read the whole deal If you are flying and driving from Melbourne - more than half your luggage will be sheets and bath towels. The key safe was difficult for my sister to open.The water was tepid - so we had to turn it up in the cold and dark.Drawers and cupboards are full of dusty tangled junk. The shower curtain was not clean.On arrival I found the kitchen bin chocker full of mouldy bread and other discarded food items. The gas heater didn’t always start.Compared to other stays for the price sorry to say this place was disappointing.

Loved our getaway with 2 kids! Great location, private and with basic amenities so only had to supply groceries, toiletries and some linen.Hosts were welcoming and no issues with gaining entry as communication was clear. We look forward to coming back, hopefully for longer next time.

Nice little place in a quiet court so nice and peaceful. Beds comfy. Air con and roof fans in lounge and main bedroom. All amenities for a nice stay and close to shops/beach. Just need to supply your own bed linnen, pillow cases, towels, hand towel and tea towel. Beds comfy. Hosts raymond and nikki are very helpful and reply fast to any questions you may have. Will definitely be back.

Comfortable holiday home in a great location

Only a short visit. A quiet and comfortable holiday house. Great location to the local beach and supermarket for supplies. A good place to use as a base for day trips to Port Phillip Bay or to beaches down the Great Ocean Road.Bring along your own towels, sheets and pillows.

Always wonderful

This was our 5th stay we love this little hidden gem. Beautiful home close to the beach and an awesome ice cream and fish chip shop. Main bed is so comfy and kitchen is stunning. Can’t wait for our next trip.

Lovely family beach holiday

Enjoyed our stay at your holiday house - comfortable house and good value for money. Two bedroom ‘no frills’ beach house and lovely outlook in back garden with relaxing deck. Exactly what we needed for a restful time. Fifteen minute walk to shops and beach or short drive - lovely aquamarine ocean and great kids swimming beach too Thank you

Electrical in bathroom needs work fan was faulty, would be great if more linen was supplied ie sheets towels and tea towels over all was a nice cosy little place to stay for a couple of people

Beautiful beach home hidden gem

This was our 2nd stay and we had such a wonderful time staying in this lovely home. Owner is lovely and very accomodating. Has a well maintained yard perfect for the kids and a sun bake and only 3mins from St Leonard’s pier. The kitchen is wonderful for a nice home cooked meal and plenty of space. Will be back for our 3rd stay before the end of summer. 10/10

Lucky to find it.

To find anything on the Bellarine Peninsula this time of year and when we did was lucky. Nice comfortable stay. Cute little seaside cottage. Plenty of room for the dogs to run around out the back. Few small complaints, no toilet paper, fly Spray or access to broom. Just little things but important for a long stay.

Lovely clean little cottage convenient to beach, cafes and shops

Inside is clan, well presented and has everything you need. Outside the back home made deck area has a cracked board and needs some urgent care and attention. Bbq could use a good clean and it might be good to have a covered area for the bbq, in case of bad weather.

Beautiful holiday cottage

Nice little get away property with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Internet not working as being investigated but owners let us know in advance. Place was clean on arrival and new shower curtain in bathroom. Beautiful and quiet location and not far from town and beach. Take your own sheets/ towels and doonas are supplied. Loved this place and will definitely be back in the future. Had a great weekend away. Lawns were clean and cut and place was neat.

House needs some tlc

Too dusty Backyard not secured to leave our fur babies unattended Kennel too dirty for fur babies Too many spider webs on back and front door and windows If owner paid someone to clean before us using he needs a new cleaning crew Positive side location is great good walking distance to shops and beach Would stay again only if house was cleaned up and back yard secured

Thanks Evelyn for the feedback, and our apologies. We were not aware of the outside and have subsequently asked our gardener to clear the outside webs on windows and doors. We have decided to remove pets as an option. It was getting too complicated to meet the variety of expectations of our visitors.
