Host and location good very clean .But cooking facilities are not adequate if you wanted to cook a meal for 6 people,you can't on 2 little hobs etc.Also the heating and ac is controlled upstairs by the owner which isn't really a private rented air bnb.The layout of the property isn't private,the owner will use your washing machine and garden area,An Airbnb you pay good money for should be totally yours for that period of rental.,

Spent several weeks at SBR, Howard and Jen were great hosts. I was a little worried about the kitchen facilities for such a long stay but we managed just fine. So well in fact that we’re already looking at staying again next year.
