Had a very nice stay, this house was perfect for our family with our child and the great fenced secure yard for our dog. Very comfy, had everything that we needed, close to the shop and beach.

We had a lovely week in Sandy Point. House was comfortable and well equipped. Backyard is fully fenced, perfect for our dog. Trampoline is huge and was used by adults and kids alike!

Wonderful weekend stay

Our family (5 adults and two dogs) enjoyed our stay in this property. Everything and more you could need is on hand for a very comfortable stay. Good quiet location with walking to shop and beach very easy. Host was super accommodating and available. Highly recommend and will stay again in the future.

Everything we needed

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed and was very big - close to shop and beach. We had late checkout and early checkin which made the weekend feel extended. Also perfect for our dog with a large undercover deck and fully fenced yard.

Amazing little find!

We had a great stay, the location was perfect, our dogs loved it and the kids had a ball with the trampoline and being by the beach for swimming and near the inlet for fishing! The couch may need an upgrade and maybe the carpets in bedrooms but overall a beautiful little beach house which is a gem!
