Tahoe Woods is a gated-community of condominiums and each unit shares a wall or two with other units (some managed by other companies), so this is good information for future guests to note. Please note, that if other guests are being disturbing during the quiet hours of 10pm to 8am, please notify us so we can speak to the security on the premises. For future guests to note, this home does allow for two cars to be parked, one in the garage and one in the driveway. There is small first come first serve parking for any oversized vehicles that cannot fit in the garage or driveway. This home does share walls with other guests, so this is good information for future guests to know. We’re sorry if the patio was not properly addressed and we have discussed this with our teams. Tahoe Woods is a gated-community of condominiums and each unit shares a stairwell and a wall or two with other units. While noise hasn’t been a problem for most of our guests, every now and then the pitter-patters of upstairs neighbors can be overheard. We hope you have a great visit to beautiful South Lake Tahoe!
