Joe, thank you for sharing your experience and we're sorry to hear there may have been some confusion about the listing and it's location. We agree, that this home is never recommended for limited mobility as there are several flights of stairs. For future guests to note, there is a floor plan on the listing so you can review it before you book. Also, the casinos/Stateline are .6 miles away and about a 12 minute walk. Lastly, the bed configuration at this home is 2 kings, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a queen sofa sleeper. For any future trips to Tahoe, please reach out to us with any questions about the home, so we can make sure it's the perfect place for your stay. This is super helpful for any other pro-shuffleboard players out there – this is a fun table designed for home use but thanks to our great location, a number of bars and casinos are within walking distance giving you plenty of options for professional table games. Kevin, thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear you found the property clean and well-located. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you encountered and we’ve addressed these with our maintenance team immediately. The ice maker is now working for future guests - it required us hiring a professional to fix it. Regarding the scooter, we never meant to single you out with our messaging. The electric Lime and Byrd scooters are set to deactivate before they enter the condo grounds because unfortunately too many people were bringing them inside and leaving them in walkways, creating safety hazards. We send out regular reminders throughout the summer to everyone staying in the Tahoe Woods complex reminding them to leave all scooters outside the grounds. This message went to all guests staying there over the summer. We appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoyed your time in beautiful South Lake Tahoe.
