Latitude 35 is a family sized beach house that boasts 6 bedrooms accommodating 12 people.
Tastefully decorated, you will enjoy the holiday feel of this getaway.
4 Bedrooms with queen beds and 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each, ensures a comfortable holiday for 2 families or a large family with a room for each guest. Two flat screen TVs, one upstairs and one downstairs is perfect for the kids to watch their DVD's or for Dad to catch up on sports.
Upstairs has a dining table to seat 12, whilst downstairs has a small kitchen and dining area for 4 people.
2 1/2 Bathrooms and a laundry downstairs will meet everyone needs.
Outdoors is a covered BBQ area with seating for 12.

Location

Halfway betweeen Vincentia and Huskisson and only a 3 min drive to Cafe's, Restaurants and Tourist facilities, Latitude 35 is ideally situated for a holiday in Jervis Bay.

A short walk from the house is Moona Moona creek, a superb spot for the littles ones to paddle or play on the play equipment.
Why not take a stroll or ride your bicycle along the bike path that is situated along the waterfront stretching from Huskisson to Vincentia, or simply have a dip in the ocean before breakfast.

Nearby is the famous Hyams Beach, reported to have the whitest sand in the world, Picnic and swim at Greenpatch or Visit Booderee National Park and the Botanic Gardens.

House was in a great location to shops and the beach and great house for big families. Only downfall was we had a few cockroaches and one bedroom the sheets seems to be dirty. Overall had a great stay

Wonderful house with plenty of room for 3 families to stay. Nice walk into Husky, close to the beach and had everything you need for a great beach holiday.

Great house in an amazing and convenient location for our 3 families with young children. Easy walk to the beach for the kids and to wheel a beach trolley.Wonderful communal spaces and a nice down stairs area/granny flat for those needing some quiet.

Well equipped, great location although the road to cross to get to the beach can get very busy. We had grandkids, adult kids and oldies all staying together and the different spaces worked very well.

We rented the house as a getaway for our parents, to enjoy family time that is so rare these days. It was in a great spot, so close to everything and had two living areas so when the grand parents wanted a little bit of space, they would go downstairs. Great communication from the owner. everything you need for a weekend away.

Vincentia beach house

We had a group of 8. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It’s a short 5 minutes walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend
