Beautiful house, spacious and comfy. Pool was amazing and location is outstanding. They only drawback was the kitchen, it is a bit small for lla large group and the stove top needs an upgrade.

Excellent location, beach by day pool by night. Grandchildren so happy. Seal on the rocks very special for little one's memories. Accommodation large for all not to be in anyone's space but spent most of the time around pool outdoor setting BBQing. Plenty of utensils, even baked a cake. Bedding comfortable. Bathrooms new. Will return.

Lovely spacious house right by the beach

This property is great for a group; plenty of bedrooms, enormous living room & both indoor and outdoor dining tables. The bedrooms were quite warm as only had fans no ducted aircon, but the pool was great to cool off in. We had 1 issue with 1 bed not been made on arrival but thankfully had a set of linen with us - if we hadn’t then this would have been a big problem as the pull out couch bed without linen is not very appealing. A cleaner was able to come the next day, however we didn’t receive any compensation for the delay.

Long weekend get away

Over all we had a great stay. We were a group of 11 a dog and there was plenty of space for us all. Close to the water for swimming and fishing which was great. The few cons / constructive criticism that I could find amongst the mostly good points are as follows: BBQ didn't work properly. It wasn't a gas bottle issue, but the flames were so small it just wouldn't heat up enough to cook on. After about 20 mins of pre heating it still wasn't hot enough to even cook onions on. Once we managed to cook our snags and steaks in the fry pans inside, there wasn't enough forks for us to eat with as there was only 7 forks for 11 people. Easily fixable but was quite annoying at the time. Lastly the pool was pristine when we arrived, and the kids loved it, but it was super cloudy to the point we couldn't see the bottom when we left 3 days later. Perhaps the chlorinator isn't working properly? Overall it was a great place to stay, just needs those few things looked at to make it even better.

Great beach-front location with short drive to shops

We had a lot of fun! Unfortunately we were pretty much housebound for the weekend due to the horrible weather, but it was the perfect house to be stuck in! Nice, modern, spacious house with beautiful pool and bbq area, and spacious living room with huge couch area, perfect for a family to lounge around in. Close drive to shops. We absolutely LOVED the coffee machine, which they provided PODS for. We were actually very grateful for that. Would definitely go again (hopefully with better weather)

Needs general maintenance bricks broken at front,cobwebs on front window pool wasn’t clean as pool cleaner wasn’t working screen door off tracks in studio (although we didn’t require it’s use )tiles loose and broken around pool ,veranda area hadn’t been swept. My point is none of this would be expensive to fix so general lack of maintenance

Fantastic family holiday.

We had a fantastic long weekend with the whole family - ranging from 6-80. The pool was used by young and old, despite the low temperature of the water. There was plenty of room to spread out and we really appreciated the number of chairs and the large indoor and outdoor tables. The BBQ is excellent and was used on two of the nights, while the short distance to the Vincentia shops was a boon on the night we wanted to buy chips! The house is even closer to the beach than it looks, allowing for beach walks, swims and rock fishing, so everyone was catered for. The grandchildren have already put in a request to stay here again. I think it will be granted.
