Featuring hardwood floors, raked ceilings and a wrap around balcony, this home is filled with natural light that instantly immerses you in nature

The modern style two-story home is an ideal destination for multiple families wanting to getaway together, featuring a large kitchen filled to the brim with crockery and glassware to cater for groups, as well as large dining tables (both inside and outside), and three couches in the living area.

However, the highlight of this home has to be the open living layout, whereby the living area spills out onto a large balcony, making warm summer evenings truly relaxing.

Kick back on the balcony with views over Lancelin's own white dessert (aka the sand dunes) or watch the kids having a friendly game of cricket in the fully secured yard.

Dune View is also a popular home for those who like their expensive toys (motorbike, jet-skis, wave riders etc) with a lockable and secure yard where all cars and trailers can safely be parked.

Perfect Accomodation

This is my second time staying here and can say that this property is absolutely unreal for a large group (we had 8) of people, with adequate seating and outdoor space to do what ever you can imagine. Would refer this property 100 times over and will definitely be returning!

Amazing Holiday House

We loved staying in this spacious holiday home, amazing views of the dunes from the huge balcony and great kitchen. Only downfall was no WIFI in the house so we couldn't access watching the AFL games on TV that weren't available on free to air TV. Overall though the home was great and we loved our stay.

Great location and amenities

Chris was great to communicate with and very helpful. Check in and check out was very easy. Dune Views is within close proximity of beach / park /town. Layout of property was great with living upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. Advantage of big back yard for pets, as well as kids being able to kick the football around. Property needs some renovation, but otherwise is a great place in good location.

Good location, house needs some work.

Location was great however house needs some work. Tv wasn’t working but that was due to a storm. No gas in the bbq. We were told we would receive a small refund for the inconvenience which we never received. When I followed up on this I got no response. Was left a bit disappointed overall.

Location great. Bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. Very large living and kitchen upstairs. Balcony on northern and eastern sides. New bbq. Dog friendly however we won’t take dog again because the beautiful large lawned area is full of burrs:(

Disgusting BBQ machine, we can't use . No locks for toilet & bathrooms doors, all open to hallway and nearby bedrooms, no privacy at all. Completely ruined our holiday.

This was our 3rd stay at Dune View & we’ll definitely be back again! Tonnes of room 2 families to fit in with all the amenities you need! So close to the sand dunes & a few minutes from town & awesome beaches! Our families had the best time ever here!

We love Dune View!!

This was our 2nd time staying at Dune View & we’re already talking about our next stay!! The house is perfect for families & friends as can accomodate 12 guests!! The big deck & bbq area is great for outdoor entertaining & the huge yard means there’s plenty of room to kick a footy for the kids!! Close to town & even closer to the sand dunes!! We love it here & will be back for sure!! :)

Lovely views over the dunes

It is a nice big property with beautiful views over the dunes from the upstairs living area and outdoor deck. It has a great yard and lawn area. Good location, close to town, beach and dunes. When booking, we noticed on previous reviews there was some concerns about the maintenance and cleanliness, and assumed that they would have been addressed by now as these review were from a while ago. Unfortunately they hadn’t been. In particular the gate almost fell off its hinges and blew wide open in the night without us knowing. It also comes off the railing when opening and closing. The floors were very dusty and linen could do with an update. For the price we would expect a slightly higher standard of cleanliness and upkeep. Other than that we had a great stay. If those few things were fixed it would be the perfect holiday getaway. Thanks for having us!
