Great beach stay

Lovely house with good amenities. Over the road from swimming beach and very close to the famous Lancelin dunes. Great size balcony to watch the sunset whilst sipping a glass of wine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the property, had an amazing time. Loved the view. Although the house wasn’t clean, dirty dining table. Bed sheets weren’t clean so Im glad I brought my own. Found a dirty sock under the bed in the downstairs room. Im a little disappointed there was no ironing board or iron. The photos on Stayz was different to the actual house but still similar. Overall enjoyed it.

Amazing view

We had 7 adults stay and it was very comfortable. The view is amazing, property was very tidy and it is an easy walk to the pub. Definitely recommend! The only downside was the check in process. They should just email the code.

Lancelin ocean views

House was in the most beautiful location - 5 star view of the ocean and sand dunes. However the house was a bit dirty with multiple things broken. A quite hefty linen and towel fee is charged which was disappointing due to the price of the house. These things did not take away from the stunning location which was why we booked it!

We had a lovely stay in Lancelin. The location is excellent, facing the sea with beautiful sunset views, and just a short walk from the sand dunes.The kitchen was adequately equipped, though some of the older cooking pans could be replaced. It would also be helpful to provide basic cooking essentials such as salt, sugar, and cooking oil.The upstairs air conditioner was not working during our stay, but the two heaters provided kept the house comfortable. A hair dryer and washer/dryer would also be useful additions.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

The house looked lovely from the outside. The views of the ocean amazing. But some of the railing upstairs on the balcony was a bit wobbly and scary. It wasn't super clean. Very unhappy that we were unable to use the BBQ as it was full of ants, spoke with the property manager who told me she would send someone over to fix it and they never did. We could not put any food on any of the counters as the house was infested with ants. The kitchen bench tops the kitchen sink Next to the stove tops on the floor on the Carpet the ants were everywhere. . The description also said there would be a hammock and there wasn't. The house could do with a bug. Zapper as the flies never stopped coming in as soon as you open the doors. The house was in an amazing spot and the kids got to do a lot of swimming and fishing. I believe the price we paid for the 3 nights stay along with the cleaning fee ect was too high. We won't to return to Lancelin for another stay very soon but will be looking to stay somewhere else. I have sent a text to the property manager about our stay but haven't heard back from them yet. Thankyou

Reviewer Comments: A lovely home right on the beach overlooking ocean.everything there that you need, a huge modern kitchen/dining living room upstairs to make the most of the view. Could do with some TLC and also a good clean. floors, skirting boards, etc covered in dirt/dust. I found a child's pj's down the side of my bed, so obviously not a lot of care taken with cleaning. Loads of dishes/plates /cutlery etc but all quite dirty so required a clean before use.Also a lot of the light fittings not working - not sure if just need new bulbs.With a good clean and a bit of maintenance, this would be an outstanding holiday rental.
