On the top floor loft are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a super king bed and office nook, second bedroom has a queen size bed.
Both bedrooms have large picture windows with lovely outlooks.
There is a large open plan kitchen with a handy servery onto the dining alcove.
The upstairs living area has sea views and a day bed,the living area opens up onto the balcony with a comfy papasan.
There's an 8 seater dining table on the balcony for alfresco meals.

Stairs then lead down into the front garden off the balcony.
A separate toilet, large bathroom (with shower and bath) and a laundry area are down some stairs located off the back of the kitchen.
Downstairs, accessed externally is the 3rd bedroom with a queen size and a single bed.
Also there is the rumpus room with more beds and sofas for watching movies on the big screen or playing games etc, plenty of room to spread out.
A BBQ is available on a trolley for easy use anywhere on the property.
The double carport to store all your toys has lockable roller doors.
Quality bed linen and bedding supplied.
Towels are NOT supplied, so please remember to bring your own.
