This was a wonderful experience for my family. We were going to a funeral locally and it was a nice place to be able to go and sit out back and enjoy the scenery and sunsets.
We had a fantastic time at the house. The view was excellent, and the cabin was clean and homey. The location worked perfectly for us. We hope to be back again soon!
This was our 2nd time here and we are already planning our next stay. The property owners are quick to respond and the views are amazing! Definitely coming back as soon as possible
Our family had a wonderful stay! Beautiful cabin with beautiful views. We watched the sunset every night and enjoyed making smores at the fire pit. Amazing hosts!
We loved everything about the cabin. The view is gorgeous. The deck is perfect for morning coffee or just sitting quiet. Look forward to visiting again.
This place was fantastic! Exactly as advertised and exactly what we needed. We spent all our time on the porch enjoying the perfect view. Nice, quiet and peaceful place to unwind. The host were great
This Lake view cabin is very comfortable, offering fabulous sunsets over the lake and mountain range. I enjoyed each evening by the firepit. Nice location with tourist attractions within 1 hr drive. I will definitely book again.
Property is clean and far enough away from major areas. Very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful morning views of lake from deck. Property has access to dock area that is great for swimming. Docks are a 10 minute walk from property.
This property is everything we wanted and more. Beautiful views and away from all the traffic of Pigeon Forge but close enough that you can visit if you want. We want to come more in summer to enjoy the lake. Property very nice and clean. The owners of the property know what they are doing to make your stay a good one!
Stacey & Brandon have a lovely home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The house was clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated for Autumn. Added touches like the makings for s'mores and a firepit with marshmallow sticks hanging at the ready made it even more fun. A beautiful view of the lake - especially at sunset - was just icing on the cake. Thank you for a great Fall getaway.
We stayed at the cabin for a weekend get away with our 5 year old daughter. The cabin was great!! It had everything that we needed we need it for an enjoyable weekend. The deck and views are amazing! There is a boat dock and swimming access available. We love the personal touches, the welcome sign and bag of smores were so inviting. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful cabin.
It was a nice 5 day getaway.
If you plan on cooking, bring your own spices and cutlery.
Plenty of towels and blankets.
The Heating and work fine.
The hot water for showers and cleaning is very good. There is also a washer and drier. The owners communicate very well… Worth every penny.
The property is as described but there isn’t a hot tub. We did know this ahead of time. The electric fireplace was nice because we struggled with the main heater. We found some nice hiking about an hour away. There were some decent restaurants in Newport. This time of year the campground was very empty. Nice view. I’m sure it’s gorgeous in the summer. Fire pit was nice. It was easy to find about 15 minutes off I40.
Nice view from the patio! The lake is far away from the cabin. The patio is not screened. There are a lot of campers on the other side of the cabin. There's no Wi-Fi.
Ac was caked with mold. They sent some one out to clean it and it was just as bad when they left. Gave us a refund but we didn’t have a place to stay and Vrbo was no help.
This property was everything we needed it to be. The view was beautiful. We roasted hot dogs and marshmallows by the fire and cooked some breakfast in the full kitchen. We brought our Roku, and easily hooked it up to the TV in the living room, and the Wi-Fi worked great! The dock was a very short drive from the property, and the surrounding RVs/campers never made a sound, so it felt like we were up there all alone. :) There were tons of towels and washcloths as well as a starter supply of laundry detergent pods and basic toiletries. The beds were comfy, including the sleeper sofa. Everything was very clean, and the overall feel was very home-like and cozy. We loved the electric fireplace as well. The hosts were super-friendly, and responded promptly to all my little questions. There was even a personalized "Thank you" note and "Welcome" sign, and they provided us with complimentary s'mores ingredients! I would recommend this place with full confidence!
The property was extremely clean and much nicer than expected. The outdoor space was beautiful, and we loved sitting by the fire pit and making s’mores with the supplies left by the owners. The indoor space was cozy, and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout the house. The owners were always extremely responsive to any questions I had. There are pots and pans, dishes, cups, flatware, and a Keurig. However, if you plan on doing much cooking, you might want to bring some supplies. We wish that we had sharp knives and a colander. Also, the water had a bit of an unpleasant odor and taste. It was fine to cook with and make coffee with, but if you’re sensitive, you might want to bring some drinking water. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.
Beautiful lake view. Unfortunately the rain/clouds did not cooperate to see the beautiful sunset when we tried to catch it. Cabin is nice and was very clean. Had everything we needed. Only main recommendation is to put Ceiling fans in bedrooms and or have some floor fans available for use. Firepit looked very nice with a great view with friends/family. We did not use it either but is set up very nice. No issues with the people in camping area. Only seen 2 or 3 people briefly during our stay. Great property. I would love to own it. Save my contact information and contact me if you decide to sale it. We love the area. Drove up to Norris lake and just around to see the area. Spent one day at Pigeon Forge and Cades Cove. We would definitely go back. Great for a family or 2 couples. Very nice deck. Only other issue/recommendation is making sure you have correct instructions to find the place. We first ended up on other side of the lake 30 minutes away. My son was supposed to meet us but somehow he ended up in Kentucky and never came. Thank you.

Super cute cabin! Very quiet area. It was a tad bit chilly but temps (outside) got down in the 20’s at night and the owners provided lots of extra blankets so is wasn’t a big issue. Overall a great experience!

Nice cozy stay
Everything was perfect, s’more’s were a very nice touch, coffee each day was great. The location threw me off a bit. From the pics I thought we would be more isolated, wasn’t expecting all the trailers around. Overall it was a nice experience. Thank you.

My wife and I have been married for over 28 years and we have 3 wonderful children ages 19, 21 and 23. We live in North Carolina about an hour away from the property but travel to the property on a regular basis. We love spending quality time at the lake with our family!
Why they chose this property
We love Eastern Tennessee and the location of the property because it is away from all the hustle and bustle and in a peaceful and quiet setting. We can enjoy spending time in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Splash Country and Dollywood and then returning back to the property for relaxation. The mountain and lake views from the house are beautiful and the view of the sunset each evening is magnificent. The property joins over 800 acres of Tennessee Wildlife land and you are likely to see wildlife in the area.
What makes this property unique
