A nice place for our family. The condo had everything we needed and was comfortable for 4 of us. A little noise from neighbors but not too bad. Walking distance to the marina with a pool and bar/restaurant.

The property inside and out was clean and well maintained. The pool was beautiful. Only small issue was uncomfortable bed, everything else was great. Kitchen was fully stocked.

The apartment was adorable and comfortable with loads of things to do close by. I would definitely go back and stay there. There was a restaurant close by at the marina which was nice so we biked down. We blew up the tires but they went flat again during our short ride. I also couldn’t locate the pool or tennis courts. It was too cold to swim so we were worried about it but the picture made it seem like it was right outside the door so I would change that photo on the post. Overall a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and found the place very comfortable however, we did have a couple issues. No bedding for the futon bed, only 1 pool towel, dirty bedding and towels on the closet floor, no soap other than dish soap...We notified the host and response was prompt. When bedding was delivered it was crumpled in a plastic bag. The next morning discovered no coffee other than a bit of old decaf. Would likely stay again if issues are resolved in the future. Firepit was very nice and firewood was appreciated, pool was wonderful with beautiful views.

This is the 3 rd time we have stayed at Brookside. It is clean, quiet and the bed is so comfy. In the pines is beautiful. Also, I am a dog lover. I have an English Cocker. He is well behaved. The fact that we could have my boy along was a “ huge” factor.
