Excellent rental opportunity!!

We're from the US and rented this townhouse for a three week stay in late March to mid April, 2017 while visiting family and friends. This was our 5th visit in the past 4 years and this provided the best possible accommodations of all those trips. It was the perfect fit in so many ways as it was extremely close to our family, was an easy walk to the beach, shopping and basically all the services one might need on such an away trip. The townhouse itself was well equipped, extremely clean, easy to access and the three bedrooms perfectly accommodated us and other family members who joined us throughout our stay, allowing for more than ample privacy when needed. We also found the owners to be exceptionally pleasant to work with and very helpful in addressing any questions we had. We unreservedly recommend this for a rental opportunity and will likely lease it again on a future visit.

perfect location!

We stayed at the Sands Seaford in November 2016 and chose it because it is close to family who live 5 mins drive away. For anyone wanting to visit family but have their own space the house has all you need and more really with stunning views from the balcony especially the master suite balcony. Anyone wanting to visit the area, you have the beach across the road, shops a minutes walk away and a larger shopping are at Frankston 5 mins in the car. Perfect for exploring Victoria especially the Mornington Peninsula and surrounding area. House easily accommodates 6 people and the facilities are great, I went home with a clean suitcase of clothes thanks to the washing facilities when I got home! We met Greg and Liane who were laid back and have made sure that all is good as it can be for an easy comfortable stay. Hopefully see them again! A definite recommend!

Perfect location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So close to shops/cafés/supermarket/train station. Also conveniently located for the highway. Should we decide on relocating we would have no hesitation in staying again. Lovely to meet up with Greg and Liane. I believe if we had encountered any problems during our stay, the owners would have sorted them out very quickly. All in all a wonderful time was had by all our party. The beach over the road is stunning, a must do on your visit.

We do love to meet our International guests; we have had quite a few in the last 3+ years and all have thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, the location and the beach across the road. We do hope to see you again in the future, and as we said, we have had re-locaters from the UK previously on a couple of occasions, and they've never wanted to leave. Wonderful accomodation!

Fantastic property

We loved our stay at the sands. It's in a great location, two seconds from the beach and close and easy to get to everything else! the townhouse has everything we needed (plus more) and the owners went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Can't wait to come back!

Great property and location

We took a family visit to see relatives in Frankston, and visit some of Melbournes attractions, and this was perfect for us - easy access to the motorways and public transport. Very close to the beach and shops as well. A great unit, really enjoyed our stay there.

Great Property, Great Location

My wife's family were visiting from the UK for our Wedding in March. They loved their four week stay in Seaford. Accomodation was close to shops, the trainline and the amazing Seaford beach which they loved. The owners provided everything they needed and were more than happy to help with any questions. I would highly recommend this accomodation.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, awesome location with a gorgeous beach directly across the road. Hop, skip and jump to nearest railway with a quick train trip direct to the CBD. Close to shops. Accommodation has everything you need to make you feel at home. Will definitely use again. Thanks to the owners for making this a very comfortable stay.

Perfect home from home

We stayed while relocating from the UK and the property was perfect for us. The apartment was really well equipped and the owners could not have been more helpful. Just across from the beach we enjoyed walking, running and fishing. We saw a ray and I even saw a whale during my stay.
