This one bedroom, corner unit condo is located directly on the inter-coastal with gorgeous unobstructed water views. It features an open floor plan and is bright from an abundance of natural light. It's completely furnished and offers a full, well-equipped stainless steel kitchen with all you need to feel at home away from home. The spacious queen bedroom features light wood modern furniture and an additional TV for your comfort at the end of your day. Adjacent to the bedroom is a sitting room with a full size sofa bed facing the inter-coastal water way. The living room is furnished with a full size pull out sofa bed as well, in addition to a relaxing chair and ottoman set. The dining room seats 4 and offers a cozy bar to enjoy an adult beverage. Kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Sit back, relax and enjoy the dolphins and boats right outside your window.

Cute condo that was well stocked and comfortable. However, the lighting was horrible, the cookware was so old that it wouldn’t sit flat on the stove and discolored our food because the coatings were coming off, the dishwasher wouldn’t clean all the dishes and we were given the absolute minimum of towels and washcloths. All of these would take minor changes , such as increasing the bulb wattages,to improve and make the visit so much nicer.

Spectacular Break From Winter

We had an incredible time and this location is amazing. We had morning sunrises on the waterway and walked two minutes for a beach day and sunsets. Gicelia was a great host. Highly recommend!

This place is just as advertised. We had family staying on the beach down the road so we really just needed a place to sleep. If you want to be ON the beach, this isn’t the place for you, but it definitely worked for us. It was comfortable and quiet.

my mother and I stood at this wonderful condo to escape nyc for a weekend. the locations is 10/10 since it is walking distance to beach. the condo also had available chairs and umbrellas for the beach which was amazing since we had to fly in and couldn’t bring these items with us. the resort also had a pool which we were able to use everyday while there as well. the condo is so clean and comfortable. it really felt like a home away from home. will definitely recommend. may come back next year to escape nyc once again. the host was very responsive to messages which was great

The property was very nice. Great location looking at the inter coastal. The beach access was across the street. Very nice area in general. Slightly quiet area, however, action is very close. Clearwater and John’s pass are close and a lot of fun. The bus system runs up and down Gulf Blvd for easy transportation. This particular property is on the 2nd floor. We enjoyed the pool. Lots of lounge chairs. We would definitely stay again if coming to this area.

Wonderful stay, managed very poorly

We totally enjoyed our stay here, the red tide interfered a little but having so much to do made it all work. Check out Lu Lu’s ice cream shop, excellent human beings running that place. The only negative about our stay would be the check in process. We landed around 12 pm and originally were told as long as the place is clean we were good to check in early, that’s why we flew when we did. So we text the owner and she replied at 1230 pm roughly and informs us it’s being cleaned, once finished she’ll give us the access code. It’s pouring rain so we text and we text and we text to no avail. Finally at 405 my SO decides to use his phone to just call and she picks up finally. It sounds as though she was eating something (no biggie) but it speaks to her not sounding super busy, at least for us it did, hard to do that justice in text, but some readers may know what I mean. Finally we’re granted access at 407 pm and this is where everything gets better, until our final day that is. After being stuck out in the rain, tired, hot, hungry etc. we get in and our stay ensues. I mentioned that final day so here’s why. When walking out we bump into the lady who cleans the place, super nice lady; appeared to be very pleased that we had cleaned so much and made her job a heck of a lot easier. We’re then driving off when she comes down to get the parking pass. We end up sharing our experience about the first day and we are looking at this woman whom all the whole is making sort of that sour lemon face as we tell our story of the first few hours from hell. Upon our finishing talking this woman states, “wait just a minute, this place was cleaned Tuesday, didn’t y’all come on Wednesday?” Yes, we utter and she just shakes her head as if to say “wow!” So I’ve thoroughly explained our experience, the take home message being the place is great, the area wonderful and the things to do amazing. As for the owner, we don’t know her, but you decide if you want to rent from someone who appears to lack investment when it comes to the actual people (the human beings) that are staying there and not solely their credit card. I’ll tell you this much, if we had told her to wait on payment that simply just would not happen. Check in time was at 4, but having a verbal agreement should matter, I guess sometimes it just doesn’t.

Property is very clean ! Veiw of bay beautiful! Just had some lights - ceiling fans not working & air conditioning set on 74 did not keep the condo from humidity - damp! But it was December open windows did help. Noise coming from water heater? Everytime you use water?!! We was out & about so was not in condo alot,over all our experience was good! Location was really great!🙂

Lovely Getaway

Such a lovely condo and a welcoming host. Communication was a breeze. Location was perfect. Don't be concerned with the walk across the street. It's a protected cross with minimal traffic. The pool is warm and deep. Bring a fishing pole and catch some dinner one night. The restaurant next door can be walked to from the back which was nice for a nice upscale dinner. We would stay here again, for sure. Thank you!

A decade ago I lived in South Florida and when I decided to move, I turned my home into a vacation rental that I managed for over 10 year. I thoroughly enjoyed working with people from all over the world and sharing my home and town, of Boca Raton, with them.

I've been visiting family on Florida's West Coast for over 10 years and fell in love with many of it's charming and quaint beach towns. The fine sand beaches are some of the most beautiful in the state and the sunsets are not to be missed. It's really everything you need for a perfect vacation.
