For 2025, we are happy to announce that new, comfortable, living room furnishings have been delivered! In addition to the guest bedroom bunk bed, we've added a new, comfortable, guest bedroom queen bed. Adults as well as children can now enjoy the guest bedroom and sleep comfortably. A new kitchen microwave has also been provided. We hope you enjoy our condo and have a fabulous beach vacation!

Beautiful, coastal views in all directions! This top floor, true penthouse, luxurious condo will provide you with a memorable and fabulous vacation. Enjoy a meal on the balcony of this condo and view the dolphins, schools of fish, seagulls flying by, all while taking in 30 miles of coastal views from east to west.

This plush condo provides all the comforts needed for complete enjoyment. The spacious living areas are tiled and include sleeper sofa and love seat, balcony access with full length blackout curtains, a dining / breakfast bar area to seat 7 comfortably, and a full size kitchen. The kitchen features white wraparound cabinets, shimmering gold-tinted, Elida glass backsplash, stainless appliances, and upgraded extendable kitchen facet. All of the large and small appliances are provided such as refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. Cookware is included for preparing large or small meals.

The master bedroom includes king size bed, luxury vinyl tile flooring, crown molding, balcony access (sleep to the sound of the waves), flat screen television, and separate master bath en-suite. Full length, blackout curtains are provided for your sleeping enjoyment.

The guest bedroom includes a queen size bed along with a bunk bed featuring a lower full-size mattress and top twin mattress. The flat screen television and DVD player are provided for private, guest room, entertainment. The guest room includes access to a separate, full bathroom featuring a combination shower/tub.

A separate laundry room includes a Whirlpool combination washer/dryer.

Tropic Winds is located directly on the beach in the most sought after, quiet, peaceful and serene west end. Tropic Winds is only two miles from the incredible new shopping, dining and entertainment venue, Pier Park.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass.

PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.

We had lost a previous reservation due to a double booking with another group and he helped me get in to this unit. The unit is beautiful with completely new updates. The view is spectacular and I would recommend it to EVERYONE. The "ONLY" thing that would make this place better was if the pool was a little bigger and out front. Besides that, 5*

September 2021 Stay

This is the place. Best beach condo I’ve ever stayed in - both the building (FAST elevators! Assigned parking! Beach service included!) AND the unit itself (can we talk about that balcony?! Perfection!) cannot be beat. The bed in the main bedroom was so comfy I was almost late checking out. The unit also has thoughtful touches throughout that make the stay wonderful! I wondered if there was a blender for making piña coladas. Sure enough, there was! AND insulated, lidded cups for taking them to the beach! Plenty of kitchenware, enormous TVs…I could go on and on. I’ll be back! Greta is my new fave!

October 2021 Stay

We had a wonderful trip! A long time friend and I brought our girls to TW2302 for a girls trip. Our time felt too short. The view was incredible! During our stay, we saw a shark, several dolphins, sting rays and a beautiful sea turtle from the balcony. The condo was tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed. Pleasantly surprised to see a Keurig! Everyone slept very well. I'm a little bit of a clean freak and was so thankful to see the condition of everything. The staff at Greta's is great. We have a miscommunication about the arm bands but didn't end up needing them because we were on the beach so much. By the way, if you love coffee, check out The Pour. 10 out of 10. We hope to be back soon at TW2302!! Thank you Greta's!!!

This was our first time to stay in this unit and were all a little anxious about being up so high. Once we got use to the height, We loved the view from the balcony especially first thing in the morning. Dolphins, sharks and turtles all swam by and we could see them from the balcony. The floors throughout the condo were great however, I do think you need some rugs in the bedrooms and bathrooms (slick floors). The only real complaint we have every year is the parking garage. No one can make the turns to get around the corners and its real tight getting into a parking spot. BUT we aren't there to enjoy a parking garage we are there for the beach. And the beach is fabulous!! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your unit. We had a great time!

Tropic wind 2302

Reviewer Comments: Love 23rd floor....unit needs furniture badly... furniture looks like thrift store, no kidding! Couches had food crumbs on them when we arrived.Couches have UGLY slipcovers on them but due to uncleanliness we covered them with sheets!!All tables had dirt/ food smears and drink circles on them.Dirt/ filth on light and electrical covers.Not sure what cleaning service does!Carpets are stained and gross,shower curtains had reddish mold to start and only got worse.Its definitely not high end or fancy but we love the location and huge patio. The people at Greta's are A plus!! They went out of their way to replace missing items like hair dryers,crockpot and clothes iron.We have used them in past and hopefully will again.

Tropic Winds/Greta Beach Rental Review

Upon our first step into Unit 2302, we immediately transformed into another atmosphere that made us feel like we were on a private island! Everything from the decor to the color scheme of the decorations was breathtaking! The unit was fully equipped with everything one could think of from the coffee pot to the crock pot, plush towels, etc. Moreover, the balcony with the high top rocking chairs gave an awesome view of the ocean, sunrise, and sunset. And Mike's Seafood and Oyster Bar across the street served great food, salads, and sweet tea. Lastly, our Rental Agent, Riley, was phenomenal! He made everything nice, easy, and readily accessible.
