Famous Serenity Lodge at Lily Point

The Serenity cottage was built from the ground up to be an incredible vacation / relaxation getaway, we think you will be 'transformed' just by the experience of being here.

Your cottage has an incredible living room with a lush comfortable sectional for two and a focal point of a stained glass alcove that makes your space feel almost spiritual.

The galley kitchen is fully appointed and stocked for great meals.

The bedroom has a queen bed with more stained glass and a skylight to give you a view of the magnificent cedars that surround the cottage.

The bathroom / solarium features a clawfoot tub and super fast continuous hot water supply. A soak in the tub surrounded by glass block walls is a sensational and sensual almost surreal adventure in relaxation.

The second 'bedroom' is actually a tiny loft with a double bed. (note accessible only with a built in ladder)

At the Lily Point Park Lodges you are directly connected to Lily Point Marine Park with its well maintained trails and mile of secluded and protected Pacific shoreline and tidal flats.]

In addition you are closer to downtown Vancouver BC then most of the suburbs of Vancouver (about 45 mins.)

Magical!

This space is so special and is the perfect location for rest and rejuvenation. Great communication with Pat! He really does the most to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Would 10/10 recommend!

serenity sweetness

We had a cozy stay at the Serenity Lodge. It's sweet and though there are other nearby properties it still feels private. Most of our time was beach focused so we didn't get to take advantage of the excellent proximity to the forest. Ideal spot to launch little walks/hikes from. Pat was always responsive and very welcoming. An enjoyable stay!

nice but way to small. sink is tiny cannot take a shower no shower curtain and when you stand up the water goes everywhere. You have to walk a trail behind the cottage a good 20 minutes and lots of stairs to get to the water would have been nice if 3 houses were not doing construction

Quiet get away in a beautiful setting.

Cottages are set close together in a community feeling that works well, especially if you want to stay close to friends and family. Cottage was smaller than we expected and it isn't set up well for more than two adults and maybe two small children. We had four adults yet found a way to make it work and had a relaxing long weekend. Next time traveling with friends I would look for a place with more space. Access to the wide open beach was amazing. Owner is responsive when cell coverage works. All went well except when we needed help starting the gas oven, it took time to find a place with cell coverage to send a text or email. When we connected he was very responsive, helpful and kind.

We found the stay to be very serene and relaxing. It was cold outside but very cozy and warm inside.

We found the wooded location of our cottage very convenient for what we planned to do while in Pt. Roberts. The trail to the beach was right behind us while restaurants and shopping were right down the road. Pat has done a very nice job of designing and building this cottage.

Cute - but...

The cottage was easy to find, and the trail at the back of the property was quite a nice walk. A few issues though- when we pulled up there was construction happening directly beside us, and cars coming and going, often. Didn't have the "serenity feel" we were looking forward to. Our main concern though was the cleanliness. The sponge and dish towel left in the kitchen stank quite badly. We read in the listing this was a fully stocked kitchen. But had no simple salt and pepper, no oil, no matches, and two lighters without lighter fluid.... leaving us with no way to light the stove top or oven to cook. We had to go buy quite a bit of supplies, a sponge, paper towel, lighters, salt and pepper, oil... We left it all behind, so the next guest will have a fully stocked kitchen, but on our expense. A little frustrating. Not sure when the place last had a proper clean, since as we cleaned up after cooking, the mess left on the paper towels was much more than surface dirt. The TV is tiny and quite difficult to put a DVD in, as not all buttons on the remote were working... leaving you to bend awkwardly behind the wall mounted tv to try and find buttons. (If you care to watch a good old movie at night) The bed was comfortable, the bath tub didn't bother us to shower in, although it is a little tricky not to get water on the floor, but still doable. Comfy tub. the toilet still had the cleaning wipe in the basin when we arrived. The loft is essentially the size of the double bed, which was a bare mattress without bedding. So pack accordingly if you have more than two people!

Beautiful quiet cottage

Excellent experience. Very peaceful, our dog absolutely loved the yard and the near by trails leading to the beach. The place is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Pat was super friendly and he was always there if we needed anything. The only reason we gave 4 starts is because the place could use more detailed cleaning but we also asked for 1 hour earlier check in. We will definitely be back.

Perfect size for myself and my two groomsmen. Cozy bungalow.

Nothing wrong. Cozy place to stay if you're visiting for a few days and want some peace and quiet but also be close to the ocean. Perfect if you rent multiple of these cottages so you have the whole lot to yourselfs like we did for my wedding. Thanks!

Perfect Getaway

Perfect getaway: super quiet and comfy, easy to get to. Stayed in Harmony Cottage: Everything new! Path to Lily Point directly behind house about 100 ft. Pat is super nice guy, very helpful with everything. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time! Peace and quiet was promised and delivered.

The cottage was equal parts cozy, artsy and whimsical. It is right beside the Lily Park walking trails and is a great location to stay. It was our first trip Point Bob and we'll go back and enjoy again! Thx Pat for a special place to stay!.
