Lovely very large well appointed home. Great view over the bay and straddie. Definately coming back. First time on the island, pleasantly surprised.

Greg was very responsive and helpful each time I contacted him. His place is in a lovely, calm, quiet spot on the island and that deck is magic! Perfect place to escape the ‘real world’!

The Golden Sands property had definitely great qualities about it with the wonderful views from the deck and so very spacious, however the place does need a freshen up, is quite dated, though the price appreciates that. The main problem, especially for older folk, is the amount of stairs leading up to the property without a bannister. That would solve everything. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and views make up for a lot!

The house was clean & comfortable. Great view from top verandah. Just be aware that there are lots of stairs into the house so not really suitable for elderly! Overall though, a great house!

The accommodation was perfect for our needs. It was less than one minute's walk to visit family, along the beach. Perfect. It was lovely being in the treetops, with a beautiful outlook. We couldn't have got better or closer accommodation. It worked well, and I hope to return later in the year.Thanks Greg.

Fantastic relaxing getaway

A perfect relaxing getaway and wish that we couldn’t stayed for longer! Well fitted out inside for our stay with everything we need and the huge deck outside was our favourite part, will definitely be back with the rest of my family
