Great Home Away From Home

We loved our Bella Beach experience! The house was comfortable and fully stocked from kitchen items to activities for the kids. We had an awesome time and this place was one of the cleanest and most accommodating houses we have rented.

We had a wonderful stay! The Bella Beach area is absolutely beautiful, and the grounds were clean and well-maintained. We loved being able to walk to the beach, the playground, and the cozy coffee shop just around the corner.The home was incredibly toddler-friendly (so many new toys to discover!) and even pet-friendly — next time, we’ll be sure to bring our fur-family along too. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues, like a broken kitchen faucet and a running toilet, but overall, it was a lovely and relaxing visit.

Great location

We've been staying in Bella Beach for over 20 years and have stayed in many of the rentals there. We love the townhomes as they are spacious and allow for lots of privacy on the three floors. This one is particularly nice as there are some ocean views. This unit, however, seems in need of some updating, especially consider the cost. I don't know if I'd rent here again unless I knew things had changed.

Light bulbs out in bathroom, stove, bedside. Many stains on carpet - stairs and top of stairs - shared photos with host. Not a nice first impression and seems the place is rundown and dirty.Kitchen was lacking key items - no normal frying pan; no drinking glasses - only plastic; 3 wine glasses for a three bedroom townhouse. Kitchen hand, mixer or beater does not work. Broken toilet seat ground floor bathroom. Towels left in dryer for us to fold; weird. Sticky kitchen counter tops; cabinets and knobs - we had no choice but to clean the kitchen. Outdoor deck chairs rusted; vinyl unraveling - run down. Back deck - screen door torn off - just spaces where hinges were - photo sent to host. Ground floor bedroom, pillow missing case. We had to search the house for a spare. It seems the cleaners are on a very tight schedule despite the significant fees charged. Barbecue grill, only one segment ignites (out of out of three). Other two must be lit by hand or paper.Toilets, first floor and upper floor bedroom, don’t flush efficiently and run constantly unless you take off the lid and fix it. Repeatedly.

I'm sorry your stay fell short of expectations. Thank you for the detailed report and photos. We will speak to the housekeeping team about forgetting the towels in the dryer, the sticking kitchen surfaces, the missing pillow case, and about treating the stained carpet right away. The maintenance team will do a full review of all the areas in the home needing their efforts, and will ensure the toilets, light bulbs, BBQ, screen door, and outdoor chairs receive the proper repair attention they deserve. We will also be completing a full kitchen inventory and will certainly be adding a frying pan and additional wine glasses. I am so sorry again that you had so many concerns during your stay and want you to know we are taking each of them seriously.

Great stay!

Awesome location at this beautiful, bright and clean townhome. We appreciated the toys and puzzles for our son and the daily hot tub soaks! The beach is accessible via stairs and the neighborhood is great for waking. Awesome crepes are just a few blocks away. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice property!

The house was clean and comfortable with lots of extra amenities. For example, games, extra beach towels, comfy beds, well stocked (dishes etc) kitchen may the stay extra nice.
