Attractive property in a safe and friendly neighborhood in beautiful Hua Hin.

The property is located in a very safe area with a nice relaxing atmosphere, about 3,5 km from Petchakasem Road soi 58 and easy to get to the the city and the beach. Our local contact person takes good care of the guests and you will guaranteed have a nice stay here.
The area consist of about 40 houses with owners from many nations ( Thai, England, France, Switzerland,Sweden, Norway, Holland, USA, Canada and more). There are several of the house owners that either live here or rent out their homes on long term leases. This means that here are people all year around and not only in the high season.

The property suits for a couple or a group of 8 people. The property has a new private salt water pool a nice pavilion with downlights, fans, bar, music system, wifi internet and plenty of space. In Thailand, most of the time spent outdoors and patios is the natural place to enjoy meals together, swimming in the pool or just relax in the pleasant climate.
The property has a great location in the center of the facility, right next to the common area which also has a large swimming pool with separate children's section, sun beds, table tennis, gym etc.

The property has 4 bedrooms ( all with own bathroom), 5 bathrooms, lounge with open kitchen, granite stone flooring in all rooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. In the living room you can relax in a comfortable sofa, there is also a 50"flat screen TV with cable tv and a 42" tv at the pavilion. The property also has wireless internet access.

Mosquito, ants, termites and other insects can be a problem in Thailand. We have pest service on the property to try to minimize the problem. Each month throughout the year a service team will control and spray on anti insect remedy on the property and inside the house. This means that the property has a minimal amount of bugs of any sort. Mosquitos can appear, but mostly in the hours when the sun goes up and down and in the rainy season.

The area is fully developed with all facilities. It is also security to enter the area.

The rent includes normal use of electric, water and free internet.

Es war sehr schön und ruhig. Das Haus war schön und sauber. Der Pool wurde alle zwei Tage gereinigt, man konnte dort gut relaxen. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas ausserhalb, man kommt aber für kleines Geld mit zB. Bolt in die Stadt.

Love the property!

Best of this property is great big pool and outside area with shade and fans. Also inside is great, matching the photo's. Owner did help us in many ways and always response was quick. Unfortunately Corona was shadowing our visit and we had to leave earlier than planned.

Super Holiday

A lovely spacious villa, with fantastic outside space with a fabulous pool. Easy to book taxis to Hua Hin and surrounding areas. 15mins drive to Black Mountain golf course. Two very convenient restaurants within 2mins walk from the villa, which we used most days for lunch. The villa ticked all our boxes. After spending one month here, we were sad to leave. Thank you for a lovely holiday experience.

Problemer med spa og køleskab

Vi havde ikke køleskab de første 8 dage,selom vi henvende os hver dag til Miss May gik der 8 dage før det blev løst.Der var også problemer med spa poolen den virkede ikke, dette blev løst efter 4 dage.Vi syntes ikke det var iorden at vi skulle undvære køleskab i 8 dage,og slet ikke i Thailand hvor der jo er temelig varmt.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the refrigerator and it took some time to get it fixed. Also some problems with the jacuzzi pump that also is fixed. If any problems like this accur it is best to contact me directly. It is easy with misunderstandings and best for guests to let me know as soon as possible. I will then make sure to try to fix the problems as soon as possible.

Huset var helt nydelig. Det var god plass og nok fasiliteter. Vi koste oss veldig. Huset holder en ok til høy standard til en feriebolig å være, samtidig også sammenligned med andre boliger vi har leid tidligere i andre land. Helt super ferie.
