Stunning Views

Very nice cabin. Beautiful views. Super peaceful neighborhood. Close to stores and shops. A short drive to the lake. Hot tub was awesome! Upstairs shower could use some updating. We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent!

My wife and I came to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was wonderful. The place was great, very comfortable, and the hot tub was very relaxing. We had a little trouble with it at first but after one phone call everything was working great. We loved the book giving us ideas of things to do in the area. We also played the board games they had and my wife organized them lol. We definitely plan on staying again. Maybe we'll bring the kids next time...

Not clean

This place was ok. In one of the rooms the sheets and bedding were unclean. I also noticed the kitchen wasn’t well swept under the table. Although a nice property it was rather disappointing not being able to sleep in one of the rooms due to the hairs and stains left on the bedding.

Near Bear Mountain

The location is great and very close to Bear Mt. base. It helps you avoid all the traffic. Very nice property and the jacuzzi has an awesome view. They were a little light on TP, and no dishwasher soap, but it was easy to buy. The thermostat is a little tricky, so make sure you have it set right before you go to bed (63 deg) or you may get too hot. Really enjoyed our stay!

Location Location

The location was great, could see the ski slopes from your patio, the check in process was nice and easy. It was just a little dusty. Could have been a bit cleaner.

Poorly maintained

Cleanliness was a big issue with this place. Upon arriving, I had to take photos of stains on the couches ensure they were not mistaken as ours. I found multiple hairs in the sheet on our bed. I had to request a change of bedding and they only provided a top sheet and bed sheet - no pillow cases or comforter. They dropped off the sheets (which smelled of chemicals) on the front porch and I had to change the dirty bedding myself and still sleep on towels because they did not provide new pillowcases. We informed management of all these issues, but they told us they could not send someone out to clean the place because of COVID - which makes me wonder if they cleaned it properly prior to us arriving. The windows and pans looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months and we repeatedly found forgotten items of previous guests (poker chips, confetti). Not to mention, we were expected to drive all our trash down to the dump 10 minutes away and clean all our dishes with a full dishwasher cycle or else be fined (which of course, was not included in the listing and we were only informed after booking). I can’t understand where the cleaning fee is going when I had to complete all of this myself. The only good things I can say about the property is the location and hot tub were great, but otherwise, I would not return.

Beautiful views

This is a clean and tidy cabin with amazing decks. The view from the hot tub is top notch. Beds are comfy, towels are nice, kitchen is well supplied. Finding the driveway was a little tricky, but that's not a complaint -- it just added to the adventure.

Ok place to stay. Definitely needs some work done on it and some items replaced.

Broken blinds in one of the bedrooms that let sun in early in the morning, they were pinned together with safety pins. (Kinda of tacky) The other bedroom smelled like pot. 😲 the third bedroom with bunk beds my boys stayed in was fine. Upstairs fan had 2 broken blades so it didn’t do much. The bbq was broken but did have a smaller one inside that we could use, but took a lot longer to cook and we couldn’t cook much on it which was disappointing. Pictures showed the larger bbq and obviously photos that were taken prob years ago before things started to fall apart. Definitely needs some replacements and work done but over all was still an ok place to stay. My kids loved the hot tub. 😄
