Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect for our trip to El Paso, Texas, making it convenient to get everywhere we needed to go. The host was outstanding—very attentive, friendly, and incredibly responsive whenever we had a question. Communication was excellent from beginning to end.One of the thoughtful touches we appreciated most was arriving to a cool, comfortable home after our long drive. It made us feel welcome the moment we walked through the door. The home was exactly what we needed, and our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the El Paso area.

El Paso

The exterior of the home is horrible, gaps in the windows and doors, door knobs falling off of doors, sister got trapped in a bedroom since it fell off and the property owner just blew it off, front door electric lock not working well, hard to get it to unlock and to lock back up- so we were stuck trying to get it in and out. Can’t even get out the back door, would not open- so don’t plan on grilling. Fridge water dispenser not working so he had a water cooler set up- that was broken too. It was very clean, the beds were comfy. But would not stay again.

Bad experience

one room smelling dog pee, my daughter had to sleep on the couch for two nights they went and clean it but still smelling bad

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the guests before Giovana that left a dog mess. Although that is no excuse, we took responsibility and have deep cleaned all rooms. We tried to make it up to Giovana and will continue to work in having the best place for our guests to stay.

Robert was awesome. Great communication. Everything was as described. Enjoyable stay. May have been noisy if school had been in session as the school is right behind the home. It was great for us.

Visiting Family

We came back to El Paso, my home town, for a wedding and birthday celebration. We found the duplex very clean and decorated in a modern look. There are TVs in both the living room and master bedroom. There is also a good size yard to be able to step out to. Everything we needed was available including an iron board and iron. Communication with the manager was great and very helpful. The home is near stores and fast food restaurants; Denny is about 2 miles away. The area is very quiet and so were the neighbors. We would definitely return to this home on our next trip.
