This house was a great size for our family, and the location in town was excellent since we were there for the Balloon Fiesta. The only negative comment is that there was absolutely no contact from the host from the time I booked until the time we checked out. I messaged in the app when we arrived, but never heard anything back. I followed the directions to text when we left, but again, no reply. We had no issues while we were there, so it didn’t directly affect our stay, but I have never had no contact at all from a host.
This was a great place to stay for a short visit. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the backyard is lovely. The kitchen has the basic necessities.
I was staying there with eight girlfriends for a wedding in town. The house was in a great location and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I definitely would recommend this house.
Thanks!
We went to Albuquerque to surprise our son and the time together was perfect! The home was great for our visit! The layout of the home and bedrooms were great. The outside area would have perfect if it had a little warmer and less windy but still beautiful. Could never get tired of the view!
It is our second time to stay at this property. It is a great house with a great location. We love the space and the hot tub. There are a few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed on the property, but assuming the owner fixes those, as I am sure he will, I would highly recommend this property.
My family stayed at this house for a family wedding that was taking place at the Sandia Resort. The location was great and the accommodations very fitting for our group. There was a nice space for reading that was separate from those who watched TV, and the outdoor patio area was great. My only criticism is that there were only 2 wine glasses for a group of 5 adults.

Great location, well appointed and immaculate!
We were in town for Balloon Fiesta. The location was perfect - only 2 miles to our shuttle at Hoffman Town Church. The house is well-appointed, immaculate and close to plenty of restaurants(you have to try Pizzeria Luca). We also got great use out of the hot tub and the waterfall fountain was a hit with our children.
We highly recommend for your stay!
Loved the location. It’s close to so many things-restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, fun activities! It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was amazing and very attentive. We had a small air conditioning issue, so we called the emergency number and CJ immediately called the people to come fix it, but then also refunded us some of our money for our trouble. He’s a great guy. We will definitely stay at this house again or one of CJ’s other properties.
The home was very spacious and clean. We didn’t get to use the hot tub due to not working two days before our stay which was one of the reason we booked but the owner was very nice about telling us ahead of time.
Modern house with firm beds and pillows! Good location
No instructions on how to use main TV
Deplorable set of fry pans
No tissues anywhere to be found
Very uncomfortable chairs and sofas on main floor
Was a good location for the balloon fiesta. From the balcony there’s a decent view of the ascension with binoculars. Was a comfortable property for our party of 8.
The property owner responded quickly after leaving a voicemail, I’m not sure he saw my messages I sent using the VRBO app.He was very thoughtful leaving us glasses for the eclipse.
There are towels for the jacuzzi and there is a coffee pot and a Kurig
Beautiful home and location. Not very comfortable. Basic amenities.
Beautiful home. Surprised glassware was limited to 5 water glasses, 2 wine glasses and 5 coffee cups. We advised a party of 8 adults. We had 4 towels for the jacuzzi. Required to shop for Coffee, water and tissues. No extra blankets, pillows. Was saddened my guests were not comfortable with their stay.
Great location in a beautiful suburban neighborhood
My husband and I stayed with our four girls, my daughter’s boyfriend and dog. The home was as posted. The bedroom situation met our need perfectly! The master was large enough that our two younger girls stayed, one on the floor on a sleeping bag and the other on the futon at the end of the bed. There was an ant problem in the kitchen, bathroom and indoor trash can. There were a couple minor upkeep issues; toilet paper holder coming out of the wall in master and some lights and fans not working. There is a Keurig but no pods, only ground coffee but no coffee maker. The location was wonderful, a quiet suburban neighborhood that was great for walking the dog.

Good items and bad items
This is a mixed bag of good comments and bad comments. The house was clean and organized. Staying inside was comfortable. Kitchen well organized with the niceties expected by a paying guest. The not so nice comments are: cover for the spa is ripped in half, rotten, moldy and not fit to be used as a spa cover. The BBQ grill was filthy and has not been cleaned in years. Although paying guests pay a cleaning fee upon departure, the crew is not cleaning the grill where guests would be using to cook food. Not fit to be cooking on. The next door neighbor has chickens, continuously barking dog and a FILTHY yard. Can't help but comment on the next door especially when you are on the second floor, the view looks out over the neighbor's yard. The curtains in the living room can not be closed. No privacy, especially if a person walks on the sidewalk behind the house. They can see right into the house. The sliding curtain on the glass door in the kitchen is missing about 1/3 of the slants. And you can't turn the slants so that curtain can't be turned for privacy. The electrical connection for the spa have excess parts laying around and the wiring that goes down into the ground and up into the spa is not covered. I'm sure that is a code violation. The washing machine works great, but the dryer does not dry washed clothes. You have to run the dryer for hours just to get a small load of clothes dried. Plenty of pictures on file. Obviously there is no upkeep/maintenance work being done on the outside, and that is a shame. The house is located in close proximity to most sites and stores in ABQ. Will never stay there again due to the condition of outside items.
