Nous avons été très satisfaites de l’appartement, en particulier de son emplacement qui est vraiment idéal. En revanche, qui dit emplacement central dit aussi soirées assez bruyantes, entre l’animation des restaurants et des boîtes alentours, auxquels s’ajoutaient parfois des voisins un peu bruyants. Cela ne nous a pas trop dérangées car nous sommes jeunes et que nous en avons profité, mais pour des personnes cherchant du calme et du repos, cela peut être un inconvénient.Malgré cela, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et gardons une très bonne impression de votre logement.

Après avoir eu un très bon accueil téléphonique qui était vraiment super ! Nous ne pouvons pas en dire autant de l'appartement... Appartement plutôt bien équipé, mais alors nuit bruyante même volet et fenêtre fermer. (Discothèque droit en bas). Donc musique et crie jusqu'à 4h du matin minimum.. Incendie pendant notre séjour dans les commun (ascenseur qui ne fonctionnais plus, antenne tv, et lumière dans les commun.) Cumulus minuscules nous étions obligé d'attendre entre deux douche que l'eau rechauffe.. Je pense que cette Appartement et top pour des jeunes qui veulent faire la fête et pour la proximité du centre. Mais par pour une famille .

Appartement bien situé. Voisinage un peu bruyant, mais c'est les vacances. Propriétaire sympathique. L'appartement aurait besoin de quelques équipements supplémentaires et un petit réaménagement. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour.

Appartement très bien situé, direct sur le port. Facile d'accès. Bien entretenu Les propriétaires sont très gentils ey accueillants. Seul bémol : le bruit tard dans la nuit... Mais on est en plein cœur de la "vie du Cap" donc normal. Bonne expérience de sejour.

Studio agréable ! Emplacement parfait à proximité de tout ! Terrasse agréable le matin et après 14h à l'ombre. Inconvénients : bruits / voisinage insupportable, beaucoup bruit de couloirs, canapé lit inconfortable (trop dur) ... Mise à part les nuits compliqué le reste était très bien !
