The Adventure Villa is family owned and we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation a real success. We make sure our villa is in top shape, well equipped and well supplied; our objective is to provide you with a home away from home. We are using it regularly, we take good care of it, for you and us to really enjoy.

We decorated the Adventure around the World Villa to really enhance your vacation and the thematic approach will certainly make your stay a memorable one.

Of course, you will find flat screen UHD 4kK and HD TV’s, high speed internet, Wi-Fi access, and free long distance calls to USA and Canada.

The villa offers a South facing private pool and has a covered area with colored comfortable patio furniture.

If you are looking for an incredible value, a super well equipped villa, fully renovated, in a prime, Disney / Golf / Shopping location that will accommodate, up to 7 guests, stop looking, you just found it !!

Villa layout details: The kitchen is very well equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. The dining room is open on the living room, making an outstanding common area to maximize the family interactions. There is enough space for all guests to dine together.

There are 3 bedrooms; the pirate and princess room will accommodate 3 young adventurers, the Harry Potter room is equipped with a queen size bed and finally the jungle bedroom has a king size bed. There are 2 full bathrooms, with one ensuite to the jungle room.

The villa offer a south facing private pool, to maximize the sun exposure, after all Florida is the sunshine state. As well there is a covered area with patio furniture, so you can take a break from the sun, organize a meal outside or still enjoy the warm weather on the occasional rainy days.

Our garage has been converted to a game room with a 7 foot pool table, air hockey and foostable in a nice Cars theme decor! You will enjoy!!!

Villa location and surroundings: Our Adventure Vacation Villa is located in the peaceful Indian Ridge Oaks , which has its own children’s playground, community swimming pool and tennis court.

We are located close to all Disney attractions and theme parks, only 3.5 miles (5km) from Disney main gate. We are surrounded with beautiful golf courses; in fact we are neighbors to the beautiful Mystic Dunes golf club.

Family get away

Excellent location for visiting parks. Quite clean easily accessible neighborhood with nearby stores, restaurants, and whatever you may want or need. Comfortable and clean property that we all loved.. it was an excellent stay for the whole family.

Wonderful stay at the villa

Loved everything about the Villa. Nice area, close to stores and restaurants. Only 20 minutes or so to all things Disney. Pool was wonderful. I am so glad it was suggested to pay to heat the pool- it was nice and comfortable. Will definitely try to stay here again when visiting Orlando.

Beautiful home with great owners

The home is well maintained and beautifully decorated. The owners are very quick to respond if you need them and also took the time to call and make sure everything was perfect for us!! Would definitely recommend staying at this home!!

Perfect for a Family Trip!

We LOVED our stay here! Our group included me and my husband, our three year old daughter, and my mom, and the space worked perfectly. The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and we were close to the Disney parks we visited. The house was very family friendly and spacious. The little Disney touches were great, too!

Family Vacation to Sea World

Adventure villa is a very nice place to stay fot a family. There were available activities to keep our teen age and 8 years old grandson entertain. While providing a relaxing atmosphere for us as well. Would highly commend this property for ur trip to the Orlando area. Adian and Lucy will go out of their way to ensure u had a great stay

A Fantastic 5 ***** Stay

We had a wonderful 3 weeks staying in this amazing house. Contact with the hosts was easy and nothing was too much trouble. Each room was beautifully themed. It was extremely clean and filled with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was perfect and heated to a lovely warm temperature. We were only a short drive away from the shops, restaurants and attractions. We were so pleased we'd chosen to stay here and would definitely stay again!

Perfect!

Took my daughter to Universal Studios for her graduation present and we chose this lovely home to stay in for a week. It was perfect for our family of five. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The pool was wonderful and it was screened in which was really nice. House was well stocked. Would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful time at the villa! It was clean and very welcoming upon arrival! The owners did a fantastic job of making sure we were settled in and have a great property! The only little issue was a night of rowdy neighbors a few doors down but it was just one night. We will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend for comfort and crowd avoidance! Excellent choice!

Just bring your clothes!

This is our second time renting one of Lucie and Alain’s homes Florida , and I can’t say enough about how clean, with a well stocked kitchen, the master bed is extremely comfortable! The house is beautifully decorated with a Disney then! The opened floor plan made lots of room for our family and the kids just loved the play room! The only small issue we had was the alarm system would periodically beep, the management did walk us through some trouble shooting, but had us ultimately unplugging at nighttime . I would definitely recommend this home! We will be renting again! Thank you!

Perfect stay for our Disney trip

Everything was just like in the pictures, and it was around 15 min to Disney, Walmart was about 5 min from the property, pool was nice, patio was perfect too with a new grill, I wish I had more time for us to had spend at the property, but our days at Disney were already scheduled. We still came back home a few times and got in the pool, I will suggest to still pay for the heat at pool because it rained every day in June and it cools off the weather, so the water was a bit cold for me but my daughter was fine, she didn’t care. We planned to go to the beach on our last day and everything you need was there, from cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs everything. We love it and highly recommend this, I cook in the mornings before we head to Disney and we save a lot of money doing that, the owner was ready for any questions but truy everything was well explained.

Stayed 4 nights with friends to go to Theme Parks. It was easy to get to and from both Universal and Disney parks within a 30 minute drive. Walmart is right down the street. Neighborhood is really quiet.The house is perfect for 2-4 adults, think it would be too small for much more. The pool is nice and private with surrounding vegetation and neighboring fences. I would definitely stay here again!

Great home for families.

We had a wonderful time at this home. It has everything from beach chairs, beach umbrella and toys which we took advantage of, saving us so much money for other fun things. We enjoyed the pool everyday. The rooms were decorated fun, and even had a few dress up clothes for the kids. Landry pods and dryer sheets were helpful as we forgot them. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our trip a little smoother with all the amenities of home.

Decent but disappointing

The property was well located and superficially looked great. The hot water in the en suite did not work. Upon being explained that you had to let the water run for three minutes, the water then became too hot and impossible to adjust. It took the property manager days to respond to my concern. As well, some of the items throughout the house were Worn down. Most concerning was the ladder for the bunkbed, which did not properly attach. This became a huge safety issue for us. The dishwasher did not properly wash the dishes so we had to do it by hand. The air conditioning was controlled and we repeatedly had to adjust it to our comfort since we were not allowed to modify the schedule. We requested pool heat, and pool heat was not provided. Although the thermostat said it was 85, we purchased an independent thermostat and it recorded at 76. We wanted to give our business to independent people, but next time we’re going to stick to All Star vacation homes. The permit also appeared expired.

Lots of Fun Close to Disney

Great stay, lots to do in house. Food and Disney close. House is well stocked with things you need for all ages. Owners accessible and responsive. Bathrooms and kitchen very clean, but gave 4 stars for cleanliness because you could tell the cleaning crew skipped over some of the areas they thought to be lower traffic.

Nice house in an "OK" neighborhood.

The house is very nicely decorated but rather dark inside (needs more lighting). We really didn't spend much time there aside from sleeping, all of it was spent at the Disney parks. The development is close to Disney World (15-20 minutes drive time to the parks) but some of the surrounding neighborhood houses appear rather sketchy. We paid for the pool heater, but didn't use it, no time and the weather was rainy/chilly. The house was not spotless - we found some hair, dust, and food wrappers were left around. The owner's have many "rules" to be followed and late check in and early check out which was inconvenient. I would stay on site at a Disney resort next time. This rental home is best for large families who need more space than a hotel room offers and who aren't spending every day at he Disney Parks.

Excellent stay

This home was clean and spacious. Lots of little details that made our stay more enjoyable from kids toys to provided shampoo, soap, laundry detergent and stain remover. My kids loved the pool and the game room. We had an issue with smoke detector needing to be changed out and they were very responsive and fixed the issue in a timely fashion. We would absolutely stay here again!
