Guest Access:

Entire home is yours — please make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:

You're steps from the heart of one of Colorado's most storied mountain towns. Leadville sits at 10,152 feet — the highest incorporated city in North America — surrounded by more 14,000-foot peaks than anywhere else in the Rockies. Walk two minutes to Main Street's restaurants, bars, and shops. Everything else is close behind:

- Ski Cooper, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Vail all within an hour

- Mountain bike or run the Mineral Belt Trail right from the front door

- World-class hiking to Mt. Elbert — the highest peak in the Rockies — 30 minutes away

- Turquoise Lake, ice skating, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and Nordic skiing all nearby

- Explore Leadville's Victorian history, silver mining museums, and nearby ghost towns

Other Things to Note:

License # 001928

Please remember you're staying in a home, not a hotel — we'll respond to any issues as quickly as possible, but there's no one on-site 24/7.

Pet fee: $70 + tax (1 pet) / $140 + tax (2 pets). Max 2 pets, never left unattended.

For stays longer than 15 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and an additional fee of $150 will apply. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensures the home stays comfortable for the duration of your stay.

Snow parking: After heavy snowfall, watch for temporary snow removal signs near the street.

Altitude: Leadville sits at 10,152 feet. Some guests experience dizziness or nausea. Travel insurance is recommended — we're unable to offer refunds for altitude-related issues.

Wildlife: You may encounter local insects and critters — part of mountain living. Keep doors closed when possible.

Interaction with Guests:

I'm here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is entirely up to you — I can be as available or as invisible as you prefer. Always just a message away.

We (Alex & Nadim) are grateful to be able to offer an outdoor focused community to our guests up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. We both love rock climbing, hiking, biking, skiing and spending pretty much all of our free time outside; we were even crazy enough to run the Leadville 100. Our mission is to help as many people as possible discover the magic of the mountains...which is why we founded High Rocky Homes!

We're doing our best to make real estate and mountain access more affordable for EVERYONE!

For our real estate clients, we give half of our commission back to our buyers and sellers, saving them up to $6,000. This helps our clients furnish a new home or simply reduces the high closing costs associated with buying or selling real estate.

For our property management clients, we offer a service that has no restrictive contracts, a lower commission model and superior performance. This means that more booking revenue goes back to our clients to offset the costs of their mountain homes.

For our guests, we've been working hard to offer more lodging accommodations that are clean, affordable, and full of great amenities set up for active people who want to enjoy the mountains for short or longer term stays!
