Nestled between two parklets in a quiet neighborhood, this 1885 Victorian harkens back to her beginnings in the Wild West. Lovingly restored in 2016, her original charm has been kept in tact. Now a traveler's dream get-away. Enjoy all the the vintage art as well as all the new modern touches. Exceptional high-end chef's dream eat-in kitchen. Each room has a fun theme with custom art installations. Which one will you choose to sleep in? Full laundry, great coffee and snacks, TV room and cozy beds will help to make you feel right at home! Lounge area in the front living room has nice leather high-end love seat and chair to relax in. The Nest thermostat is easily customized for your comfort. Stay for a month or a year, you are welcome here!

The Whittier Wonder is close to everything. Walk or take a short Uber to many great restaurants and bars. Rent bikes and ride to Coors Field, the Convention Center or the National Western Stock Show. Lower Downtown (LoDo) and the 16th St. mall are both close by with lots of great shopping. The Zoo and the Museum of Nature and Science are walkable. Hit the Pepsi Center for an awesome concert or head out to world famous Red Rocks to listen to music under the stars.

The Wonder is one of Denver's original homes in a quiet neighborhood close to Downtown. She's a true Victorian with high ceilings, original wood floors and a tiger oak mantle. The lighting throughout is quite stunning and the dining room is to die for! The three different bedrooms all have custom themed art installations, with very comfortable new beds, tons of nice, high quality linens and private spaces. All amenities are new in this property and the renovation was done with a keen eye towards quality, custom craftsmanship and fine detail. Enjoy the gas stove in the full kitchen. Spend the evening in, relaxing in the separate TV room. Barbecue on the back patio utilizing the new gas grill or sip your coffee out there in the morning. Lounge around in a super plush bathrobe on the weekend. A deep soaking tub awaits you at night. You will enjoy "new meets old" in this incredible, well stocked space with all the modern amenities. Some issues the owner needs to know: My truck was vandalized. A neighbor rudely instructed where to park. The house was not as clean as it should have been.

I restored this 1885 Victorian, hoping to stir your creative juices with an eye towards beautiful historic artifacts, artwork and whimsical charm. She's an incredible original and I can't wait to hear your first impressions of her!

The Whittier Wonder is centrally located. Walk to local coffee shops, really great restaurants or enjoy the nearby Denver Zoo or the Museum of Nature and Science. Come and work from home for a month or for however you like. I can't wait to host you!

Lots of private, chill, art-filled spaces. Two office spaces to work from home. Full kitchen with brand new appliances. Back patio to hang out on with large table and umbrella. Travel themed TV room has Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime and Showtime to enjoy. The central AC will keep you cool in the summer. Gorgeous hardwood floors and brand new carpet. Nest thermostat. Fully renovated in 2016 with an eye towards detail and charm. Cozy in the winter and cool in the summer. Custom artwork and antiques everywhere will astound and inspire you. Relax in the leather chairs and plan out your day! Nest security camera installed on the front door for your protection.
