We own 3 units (this one #1315-vrbo# 656604; condo #620-vrbo# 4995787 and condo #1007-vrbo# 985183) at Regency Towers. All 3 condos are totally remodeled, beautiful beachfront condos, complete with everything you need for a GREAT VACATION! All 3 condos are 2 bedroom, 2 bath and sleeps 6 comfortably. With all 3 condos, we can accommodate large families or groups. Because we manage our property and rent direct, we have no recent VRBO reviews. We can gladly provide you reviews and references from previous guest.
This beautiful, 1150 Sq Ft, 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is located on the 13th floor. It has a breathtaking view of the white sandy beach and crystal-clear ocean. This unit comes fully furnished with everything you will need for a great vacation. The kitchen is completely stocked with every convenience and all new appliances. It has a toaster, blender, Keurig/Traditional combo coffee maker, etc. The family room has 1 sofa, 2 electric recliners, oversized chair and large flat screen cable HD/Smart TV with DVD player. The spacious guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, Smart HD/Cable TV, large closet, dresser and nightstand. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, cable Smart TV, large closet, 2 nightstands, dresser, ocean view window and access to balcony. There is a twin air mattress in the bedroom closet. The unit has 2 full bathrooms, hair dryer, central air and heat, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. FREE, FAST, SECURE WIFI! We offer a 10% Repeat Renters, Military and 1st Responder Discount ($100 max) off any week (or longer) rental. Also, we offer a discount if you rent multiple condos or stays longer than a week. This rental comes with FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE (March-October Rentals- Includes: 2 CHAIRS WITH UMBRELLA- a $65 a day value). Also, the BEST Tiki Bar on the beach (March-Oct) offering Great Food, Drink Specials, etc- It's Awesome! Regency Towers offers special events for owners and guest (June-Aug) such as Movie Night, Karaoke, Water Slides, Bon Fire on Beach, etc. You will never want to leave the property! Regency Towers charges a one-time $45 registration fee that MUST be paid by the guest at check in. All other fees are included in the quoted price & the damage deposit is refunded within 1 day of departure if no damage is found. There are NO HIDDEN FEES such as amenities, parking, Wi-Fi access etc. We look forward to having you stay in our condo on your next vacation.

Perfect Getaway!

Beautiful ocean view and great location! With two salt water pools with a Tiki Bar in between - we stayed on the property almost our entire week long stay! We'll be staying here again!

Awesome condo, simply the best!

We enjoyed spending 11 weeks here. The Gulf view was breathtaking. The condo was comfortable, clean, and offers any amenity you could want. The owners, Blaine and Natalie, were a joy to work with, honest, caring and attentive. We will defiantly return.

We absolutely had a fabulous trip! Your condo was definitely perfect for us! It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for the family! I felt at home while I was there. AND to top all of that, I appreciated that Blaine made sure we made it safe and that everything was good when we got there! The weather could have been better BUT no one can control that, our trip was a success and we definitely plan on staying at your place again!

We loved the condo. Updated. The pools and bikini bobs were awesome as well. Beach chairs were a great plus. Resort itself is a little dated and had some elevator issues but the condo was very close to the center elevator. View is amazing. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Amazing location, view, and amenities- all for a great price!!

Our time at Regency Towers (specifically in #1315) was amazing and more than we even expected. Blaine was very responsive and professional. The condo was right on the beach, connected directly to two pools (one heated and one not) and access to a hot tub. There's an amazing, cheap little food shop in between the pools and the entire place was conveniently located to the city. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and will definitely come again. Thank you Blaine for a great trip!!

Family vacation

The condo is beautiful, has a good view of the ocean. The free beach chairs were amazing and came in handy. We couldn’t get the WiFi to work, but it was okay because we spent more time as a family. Owners were easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend staying in this unit. Had everything we needed. Thanks for allowing us to rent your unit.

This was my second year staying here and it was just as awesome as the first. We enjoy getting away to the beach and I got to take my new granddaughter for her first trip to the beach. The condo was clean and the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to prepare your meals. We love staying here and playing on the beach, or having fun in the pools. We watched football at Bikini Bobs while hanging out at the pool. Great fun that was! Just an overall good vacation! Blaine and Natalie touch base with you periodically just to make sure that you made it in ok and that all is well during your stay. I would definitely recommend my friends try this out. We will certainly be back!

We had the best time at our condo!! What a fun friendly atmosphere! With the tiki Bar and the amazing view! This condo by far met all of our vacation needs and wants! Natalie and her husband had great communication with us and everything was clean and we slept great every night!! The condo had awesome events almost every night. Karaoke night was our favorite! The tiki Bar had great food at awesome prices! Lots of chili cheese fries!! Our favorite places to eat* Grande Marlin beside Captain Andersons was the best! Angelo's steak was the best steak I ever had and was worth the wait! Captain Jack lunch buffet! We would rather enjoy our days at our condos pool and the beach than venture out! Thank you for an awesome vacation!!

This place has an awesome view. I loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings with a cup of coffee.The beach was was awesome and the water was very clear. The beach chairs were very handy so that we could enjoy ourselves on the beach. Bikini Bobs has good food and very cheap. The owners were awesome to work with. The response time was very quick and If we had any issues they were dealt with immediately. The reason i give this a four is due to the elevators. They were very slow and not enough. We would sometimes have to wait about ten to fifteen minutes waiting on an elevator. We got to meet Mr. Pitchford in person and found him to be down to earth and was making sure that everything was to our satisfaction.

4.5 Rating - Nice 2B/2B Condo with Beach Chairs

I booked this condo back in January and had great communication with Blaine and Natalie prior to my rental dates in May. They answered all my questions and explained the process. Blaine and Natalie offered me an extra night free for booking a week which unfortunately I couldn't capitalize on, but really appreciated the offer! The booking process went exactly as promised and for the amount advertised except for one thing. Upon arrival I was assessed a $20 "registration" fee from the condo that I don't remember seeing in the description. This complex is at the far end of the Thomas Dr, near the state park and very quiet overall. The condo was very clean, nicely appointed and seemed very spacious because of the floor plan. The balcony was slightly smaller than I've had in other locations but still plenty of room for us to see beautiful sunsets each night and to watch the dolphins and rays each afternoon. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dinnerware, cutlery and other utensils. The washer and dryer was in the closet off the hall and worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and I slept like a baby every night as the master bedroom had a screened window I could open and hear the waves...LOVED IT! The free beach chairs are a savings of over $200 for the week and the WiFi signal was very strong while I used it. Both of these features are wonderful to have included with the price of the rental. Blaine kept in contact with me throughout the week to make sure I had everything I needed and no problems with the condo. When I left I was refunded my full deposit within a couple of days. Thank you Blaine and Natalie, you are wonderful to work with! The only reason I didn't give this a full 5-star rating has to do with the condo complex and nothing to do with the owners or condo. Parking is outside as there is no garage. On Saturday, when I checked in, I had to park about as far away as you could go in the lot to unload. The rest of the week wasn't as bad. The worst thing was that this complex only has 3 single bank elevators, one in the center and one on each end. It seemed that every day at least one of the elevators was out of order and always slow! The day we arrived was the worst due to having to wait for a single elevator 4 times before being able to fit in with a cart. Overall, I highly recommend this rental and as long as you can patiently wait for an elevator you'll thoroughly enjoy your stay!

BEST VACATION EVER

This was the best vacation my family has ever had. The property was awesome with great location and amenities. It was clean, family friendly, easy access to beach and a terrific Tiki Hut (Bikini Bobs). We spent most of our time in the 2 large pools or at the beach while enjoying the tasty, reasonably priced food and drinks at the Tiki Hut. The condo was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with anything we needed. The owners were very easy to work and communicate with. They checked on us during our stay and promptly answered all our questions. Don't waist time searching other properties, just contact these owners. We will be back and won't stay anywhere else except with these owners!

Beachside retreat

The owner is great to work with. He has great communication. The location of the condo is off the busy area of PCB. But still close to all the things PCB has to Ofer. This is good for us. No fighting traffic. The condo is nice and has everything needed for the week long stay. The pools are amazing and literally only steps from the beach. There is a pool side bar and grill “Bikini Bobs”. They have a great assortment of food, snacks, and drinks. Once you go down to the pool/beach you can literally stay all day and just order lunch or drinks at the pool side. The prices are very reasonable. There were a few minor things that I reported to the owner upon check in and he had maintenance there the same day to make repairs. Overall a good experience. The only con is the elevator wait. There are only three elevators for the entire property. The condo is on the 13th floor so there was a wait, especially on the heavy check in/out days. It did inspire me to get my steps in by taking the stairs! We have stayed here twice and I would definitely go back.

We grew up on Panama City Beach and Regency Towers is a family favorite because of the great amenities, family-friendly atmosphere, well kept property, spacious rooms and beautiful beach. When we found this unit we knew instantly it was for us. We want our guests to have a comfortable stay and wonderful vacation!
