Regency Towers is one of the most established and family-friendly beachfront resorts in Panama City Beach, offering outstanding amenities at an exceptional value. Guests enjoy over 650 feet of direct beachfront, two large Gulf-front pools, an indoor hot tub spa, poolside tiki bar, shuffleboard courts, and two spacious grilling areas. The resort provides a relaxed atmosphere ideal for families, couples, and snowbirds alike.

The location on the east end of Panama City Beach offers easy access to outdoor adventure, dining, and entertainment while avoiding the heavy traffic of the west end. The condo is located just one mile west of St. Andrews State Park, known for hiking trails, fishing, snorkeling, and pristine beaches. Nearby marinas offer deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat rentals, and Jet Ski rentals.

Popular local restaurants close by include J. Michael’s, The Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s Restaurant, Schooners, and Billy’s Oyster Bar. For nightlife, you are just a short drive from Spinnaker Beach Club and Club La Vela.

This is a non-pet property. Documented service animals are permitted in accordance with regulations.

$40 Per Condo Regency Towers Resort Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, for an extra it is $15.
Each renter will be issued 2 parking passes maximum. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy(Summer and busy weeks), then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

Cancellation Policy:
A $300 Reservation Down Payment is charged to the credit or debit card you provide to take this condo off of the rental market for you. If you cancel for any reason this down payment is nonrefundable.

Final Payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Exceptions made for last minute bookings.
