Comfortable three bedroom house. - Master bedroom has 1 queen & 1 single bed, other two bedrooms both have two king singles.
Bedrooms are furnished with bedside tables, lamps and wardrobes. Quality linen and wool blend doonas.
Lounge with plenty of seating and wood fire (wood provided). Large TV and DVD player.
Galley style kitchen fully equipped including gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, utensils etc.
Dining room adjacent to kitchen with six seater dining suite. Also a wood heater in this area.
Spacious bathroom with w/c. Large bath towels provided.
Second w/c in laundry area.
Laundry equipped with washing machine. iron and ironing board.
Pleasant outdoor patio area with tables, chairs and BBQ.
Large fully fenced back yard.
Off street parking.
Ducted air conditioning throughout house.
Ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Rates will vary depending on number of guests and length of stay with minimum daily rate of $120 per night.
Tea, coffee, sugar & fresh milk provided.

Our stay was comfortable. Nice beds, plenty of extra linen etc. Shower was lovely. Children loved the big yard although the weather didn't lend itself to exploring.

An excellent stay in Narrogin

Such a nice, well kept property in a peaceful part of Narrogin. Not far to get anywhere and the backyard on the property is lovely. Also love the character of the home itself. We loved our stay and will be back! Thank you Susy!

Peaceful cottage for downtime

We loved our peaceful stay in this lovely cottage. We enjoyed sitting out in the backyard relaxing while the sun went down. Susy was a great host and obliged us with some breakfast packs (since we’d flown from the east coast). Our only complaint - we were too busy touristing on the second day to get back in time for another day of watching the sunset and relaxing in the backyard! Thoroughly recommend!!

Great getaway from City

My partner and our 2 dogs stayed at this property for a couple weeks. It's an ideal spot due to being midway to a lot of the tourist spots. The town is quiet enough that you can leisure in and out whenever without traffic. The house stayed lovely and cool, everything functioned how it should. The garden has a lot of potential to be turned into a mini oasis. Overall I would recommend to stay here, plenty of space inside and out. Very quiet inside too, had to raise my voice so I could be heard on other side of the house. Thank you very much, Alex + Kelly and the 4 legged gang.

Possums or cats in walls and roof

I left the property early (before check out). There were possums or cats (or something similar) in the roof and walls that fought during the night making it impossible to sleep.

Cute cottage in a convenient location

We had a short visit to attend speedway, it was a place to lay our head for the night. It was just unfortunate the accommodation was not fully ready for our scheduled arrival.

Convenient

This stay was all we required for a 2 night stay. My husband had a procedure at Narrogin Hospital so was very close. Nice quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and water pressure was spot on and instant heat. Having 2 toilets was an added bonus also. And lovely outdoor area to sit and relax but, bbq was dirty so we didn't use. Thanks Susy, you were very welcoming 😀

Very homely, quiet area, facility close by and lovely host

Would recommend this accommodation. Beds very comfortable, open fire place in dining area, lounge room had enough seats for all, lovely outdoor area with BBQ, very large backyard. Great views looking out the front or the back. Would definitely return. It was literally a home away from home. Thanks Susy for your lovely hospitality.
