This home is within walking distance of several restaurants, a 24 hour convenience store and is a half mile from the Empire Mall, the Lake Lorraine shopping center and most major restaurants and shops in Sioux Falls.

65 inch Roku smart TVs in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms. 32 inch Roku smart TVs in each bedroom, full kitchen, grill, patio furniture for 8, washer and dryer, hair dryers in each bathroom, coffee maker.
