The lanai level features a full bed and bunk beds, Large LCD television, full bath, sound system, pool table, and washer and dryer room. There is a private sitting area to relax and enjoy the lake views. There is even a second gas grill convenient for grilling hot dogs etc for kids coming off the lake.

Parking is on the main level of the unit and is directly adjacent to the front door. You basically walk into the foyer, great room and kitchen area. Bedrooms are on the upper and lower floors. There is one marked space and also a single car garage next to the space that is available for your use. There is also one extra parking space available to use within the gate which makes this unit have 3 parking spots any additional vehicles will need to park in the gated secured parking/storage area across from the main gate.
