Avoca Beach House - Uninterrupted Beachfront

Avoca Beach House is absolute beachfront with direct beach access and has four bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 people. It is the best placed house next to cafes and the surf club, close to the rock pool which is great for swimming with kids, and it is a patrolled beach wth the flags usually close to the house. Free WiFi and Foxtel included. You couldn't ask for more.

New reverse cycle airconditioning in all areas

Renovations completed! New air conditioning, new kitchen, paint, verandah and furniture. Floors in all areas have been lime washed for a wonderful beach house ambience. Main and en-suite bathrooms completely renovated and additional outside bathroom installed (2019)

Bedding Configuration: 3 x King Beds, 2 sets of low single bunks (recommended for kids but still full size singles suitable for adults).

Bathrooms: 1x main with bath, walk in shower, vanity and toilet; 1x ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet

Mid week mini clean included for all stays of 7 days or more.

Plenty of places to park. Note that the lock up garage is not included.

There is an outside shower to wash off the sand after a surf.

Unfortunately we will not accept bookings for schoolie or university groups, as this is not a party house. Please note that the person making the booking must be staying at the property and be over 25.

Please note: Owner may reside at the rear garage/studio, that is separate to the guests house. Holiday guests will have full use of the driveway and access to the beach.
