3 bedroom, 2 bathroom secluded from passing traffic in quiet location at beach end of Cafe strip. With glorious parks and lapping water only a few steps away and a short stroll to town for all your conveniences.

Undercover single carport with room behind to park a second vehicle.

Bedroom 1: 1 xQueen bed (upstairs room with ensuite- recently renovated)
Bedroom 2: 1 xQueen bed(down stairs)
Bedroom 3: 2x King Singles(downstairs)

No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
