This Heritage cottage is a self contained, self check in property surrounded by beautiful gardens and within walking distance to the seaside Kingscote village, Jetty and Reeves point, Shoal Bay.

Inside this charming 3 bedroom cottage you will find all you need to relax and enjoy your stay on the island.

The open plan living, kitchen and dining area leads out through French doors onto the large patio covered by a pergola, sunny , sheltered and private you can enjoy alfresco dining.
Full kitchen and cooking facilities are provided , including a BBQ. There is a herb garden including Sage, Rosemary Lemon balm and Oregano to name a few, so you can pick fresh for your cooking.
In the large bathroom you can take time out and relax in the luxury claw foot bath or unwind in the living room by the wood fire on a winter’s night with a glass of your favourite wine.
There is secure front lawns, cottage gardens with fruit trees and a sandpit area for the kids to enjoy.
Fresh stock of tea, coffee, sugar, salt/pepper is provided for your stay along with complimentary hand and body wash. Linen and towels are included for your stay. (guests to bring their own beach towels)

The laundry room has a washing machine and tub, outdoor and undercover clotheslines are available. Laundry powder is provided for your stay.
The driveway area provides off street parking for up to 4 cars.
Haven Cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway or holiday with family or friends, its location makes it a great place to base yourself to explore all that Kangaroo Island has to offer.

Firewood is provided free of charge during the cooler months (April to October)
