This is a wonderful property for either a couple or a family to enjoy the centrality of Kingscote to explore the rest of the island. The beds were comfortable, the place spotless, and so many choices of activities both indoor and out to keep everyone busy. The kitchen and laundry were well stocked to save buying supplies and it was like being in your own home. The sunroom was a top spot to relax. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and l commend them on the standard of presentation of The Mulberry Tree for guests. A top spot.

The Mulberry house supplies everything you would need is in this beautiful home The outside living area is lovely , we did enjoy sitting out there soaking up the sunshine Mulberry house position is very close to the main shopping and food area an easy walk We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this house for your Kangaroo Island base

We thoroughly loved staying here. It was everything that was promised. It was only a short walk to shops and very good restaurants. A very good place to call home while visiting Kangaroo Island.

The Mulberry Tree is an ideal choice for a stay on Kangaroo Island. The house is clean and pleasantly furnishing with contemporary furniture and has everything you could want. There is off street parking and a large well kept yard. It is a short walk to town for restaurants and shops. Ideal for one or two couples or a family. We enjoyed our stay.

I cant say enough about this property every thing you need there's pasta and sauce cup asoup and much more on arrival i love that they have thought about everything plenty of washing tables you dont have to run out and buy anything love the lemon tree my dog loved the back yard would recommend this 100 %

Perfect Mulberry Cottage.

Mulberry Cottage helped us have a wonderful stay on KI. The house was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and had lots of little extras to help us feel at home. The location in Kingscote is ideal as a base to explore the island.

Great house and location

We really enjoyed our stay . House was really comfortable everything we needed was available there . Nice outdoor faculties , really enjoyed the dining area . The dog loved the large back garden . I would recommend the Mulberry Tree to anyone staying in KIngscote , its so close to all the shops , restaurants and Jetty .

Amazing, Great Location.

Great place to stay. Everything in Kingscote was within walking distance, cafes shops pubs. Online listing was spot on. Stayed for 7 nights and still wasn't long enough to see everything. Might have to #BookThemOut again.

Exceeded our expectations

Mulberry Tree has everything you could possibly need for a beach holiday that you may have forgotten to bring! Great place to unwind after beaches and/or touring with a yard for the kids to kick a ball in and pick some mulberries for dessert and plentiful other facilities.
