First Floor: There are three bedroom suites on the first floor; each bedroom has a seating area, a queen size bed, large TV and full shower / bathroom. Laundry room has a washer / dryer with a utility sink and bathroom
Second Floor: Open kitchen, living and dining room with cathedral ceilings. The kitchen has granite counter-tops, an island with seating and a wine refrigerator. The living room area has plenty of comfortable seating, a fireplace, player piano and a large flat screen television. The dining area has two dining tables with seating for 12. Sliding doors opens to, 2 large decks where you will find a gas grill, and lounge chairs. There is an office area for the working vacationer. The master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite shower bathroom and deck. Everything is brand new.
HBO, NETFLIX, PRIME, we have them all.

About the host
Hosted by Paul Featherston
Our family of 6 have been visiting the island every July since 1995. In 2002 we purchased Feztivities and there we have spent every summer with family and friends. There really is no better place in the summer. In 2019 we totally remodeled the house adding 6 new bathrooms and new everything. As our kids have moved on we have decided to rent only in August so that we can visit them. We hope you will enjoy our home as we do.
