This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only their service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

Beautifully Updated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Beachfront Condo in the Sea Winds. A perfect condo to enjoy a relaxing vacation here on Marco Island. You can view postcard worthy sunsets all year long from the balcony while you dine or just kick back and relax. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom with shower. The Guest Bedroom has two Twin beds XL.
Both bedroom have a TV. Large screen TV in the living room with HD channels. Free Wifi. Tennis, Heated Pool and Jacuzzi, and and short walk from the pool area to the beach.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. As of June 1, 2022; There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

Great property!
Great unit, very close to the beach, beach chairs, coolers, toys provided. I found different images online than what was listed on vrbo. The unit has been updated from the pictures shown. Good pool and nice building.

Beautiful location and private beach
The beach was beautiful. Saw dolphins every day. Calm and clear ocean great for snorkeling and swimming. Sandy beaches with some shells. Excellent views from the condo which is right on the beach. Beach was private and less crowded than others areas. Perfect vacation spot!

This was a very nice condo, well-appointed and extremely clean. More than 2 adults could be a spatial challenge. The master king-size bed needs updating, but overall very satisfied.
