About this property
The Green Dragon - Beach House
Surfers, fisherman and beach goers, 'The Green Dragon' is just perfect for those wanting a delightful coastal escape and a laid back holiday. It has Location Location Location with divine panoramic views from around the headland to the near perfect sets which roll down Seven Mile Beach. The ocean can be seen from every room in this newly renovated fisherman and surfer's nirvana. Children are most welcome.
Situated on the second last block at the end of Gerroa headland, you can't get much closer to the ocean. Rock off when the bombie is breaking or head down to the huge rock platform for a plethora of fish or to simply watch whales and dolphins frolic or to get up close and personal with the pelicans. Being at the end of the point means easy access to fantastic surf breaks and enthusiastic anglers can wet a line in the many holes around Black Head.
Your backyard is the well maintained Black Head Reserve which leads to the ocean and more surf breaks. Kick the footy or take the dog for a stroll or just relax on the deck with oysters and champagne or beer and bangers and gaze out to sea. You'll be treated to spectacular sunrises and the full moon rising over the ocean every month is a spectacle to behold.
Upstairs offers three bedrooms, the bathroom and separate WC, living and sunroom, as well as a newly renovated kitchen. Below is a single garage with extra storage space for the surfboards and canoes.
Lovely and sunny in winter and a relaxing sea breeze throughout summer.
The name 'The Green Dragon' is an ode to the Lord of the Rings which features the Green Dragon as a local meeting place for Hobbiton residents. It's the perfect place to relax, enjoy a meal and have a laugh about the comings and goings in the Shire.
