We respectfully disagree with your statement that the home was dirty, as it was thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. However, we do feel it's important to clarify a few points for future guests. When you returned the key early, you shared with us that you personally loved the property, but that your wife did not. At no point during that conversation was cleanliness raised as an issue. As a courtesy, we offered to try to rebook the unused nights despite our cancellation policy and let you know that if we were successful, we would gladly refund those nights. Unfortunately, due to the short notice, we were unable to secure another reservation, and we followed up with you via email to let you know the outcome. While we understand that not every property is the right fit for every guest, no cleanliness concerns were reported until this review. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
