Suitable for families, pets, romantic getaway for couples. price is for 2 guests. When booking please put no of guests, also fur babes.

Completely renovated. 2 new bathrooms with underfloor heating, new kitchen, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, fridge, toaster dishwasher, new beds, bed linen, towels, jet master coal gas fireplace in lounge room,3 rimmi gas heaters in all bedrooms. all beds have electric blankets.

Completely private and quiet, lovely 1200 square meter park like garden, plentiful bird life, possums, plants, outdoor deck area with BBQ ,watch the sun go down. Covered veranda at the front for sunny breakfast. 1 queen bedroom with wardrobe, 1 double bedroom with chest of drawers and 2 single beds in a room separated by a wardrobe, which is accessible through 2nd bedroom, dinning area, seating for 8 people,smart TV with netflicks, lounge room with tv +Netflix and dvd player videos and cds. 2 push bikes in garage with helmets. outdoor fire place for late night drinks. Fenced back garden with gates back area safe for dogs, best to keep them in at night as possums about.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Switch off underfloor heating in bathrooms, make sure all electric blankets off.
If you brought fur babe with you please check garden.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
if you leave on a Monday please put rubbish bins on street, also please empty rubbish bins in kitchen and bathrooms.
please leave the cottage as you find it, any issues as in something not working or broken let me know so that I am aware and can fix it.
If you bring pets please pick up droppings and put into red bin, the fee is $60 per pet, do not allow into bedrooms or on beds or sofas. thanks Renee

We loved the period Cottage and enjoyed the large garden and magpies. The first night we were able to walk into Mittagong and done at Paste restaurant which was excellent.Shops we're nearby. The gas fireplace was easy to use and we were very comfortable. We could easily have stayed longer, but needed to return to Sydney.

The hosts are brilliant to deal with. We checked in a night earlier than expected no problems pay for extra night welcome. The cottage is warm, inviting, and cozy. Beds comfortable. Everything you need for a holiday is provided by the hosts. Cottage is centrally located to all Southern Highlans attractions and shops. Couldn't ask for a better property to stay in.

Coppin Cottage is a very clean, comfortable and appealing place to stay. It's in a lovely part of Mittagong, close to the shops, as well as other scenic towns, especially Bowral and Berrima. The gas fireplace makes for a relaxing and cosy stay. It's a very peaceful, quiet area, with the large, beautiful backyard and gardens great for our dogs. Highly recommended!

My husband & I always stay there when in the Highlands.. it’s cozy, warm in winter and has a lovely big yard and the beautiful deciduous trees with the autumn colours were very prettyThe cottage is ideal for a short break away from busy life..

Loved the garden and the quietness of the area, also the people are very friendly and close to all the fabulous things in the southern highlands and only takes 1 hour and 20mins to get there.

What makes this property unique

The garden, privacy, Safe for the dogs, the wildlife birds, possums etc. Safe for bike riding the flowers in Spring and Summer, the changing leaves in Autumn and and the cosy fires in the winter both outside and the inside.
