Loved the cottage, it was exactly what our film cast and crew needed, a home away from home for 5 days. It was especially lovely to have met Julieanne who had kindly allowed my employees to have extra 5 minutes to pack up as they were running a touch late. Would love to return if budget allows next time.

Lovely house in great location

This is our second stay at Holmcroft and we definitely plan to be back! This is a lovely property in a great location. The house is beautiful and well equipped and communication with the owner, Marilla, is excellent.

A beautiful heritage home

We stayed for the weekend at this property and found it to be very comfortable and charming. The heritage status was complemented by modern amenities - central heating so we were super warm and a modern, well stocked kitchen. Great location!

Lovely historic home

We found the house to be perfect for eight ladies, the beds were comfortable, the house had excellent heating for the winters of the Blue Mountains, lovely kitchen, quiet location, would definately recommend this property to friends.

Great period home for our stay

Great location near Leura main shopping strip and Blue Mountains sites. Beautiful gardens and property. Home was cosy with all the services needed for a great stay. Marilla was always available to help with any questions we had prior to our stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Holmcroft for the second time last weekend and it was great.

The house is spacious and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The area is very quiet and yet within walking distance of Leura shops. The welcome note and pack was a nice touch. Overall it was a great weekend away.

Family catch up at gorgeous Leura

Wow what an amazing house . Fantastic stay , the house is beautiful and very comfortable and cosy despite the size - loved to location and presentation. Lovely touches of flower arrangements in the rooms from the garden . Great for families or groups . We . Would have loved to stay longer.

"Holmcroft" is full of stunning character features. When you walk into "Holmcroft" you will be amazed by the pressed metal ceilings and walls which have all been retained in meticulous detail. Detail best describes the beauty of "Holmcroft". It is a home which has been lovingly restored. As you sit in one of the lounge rooms looking out onto the camellias and wisteria you will notice they are gently pressing against the original stained glass windows. Set in an established garden it is a special place full of ambience and charm. An easy level stroll to Leura village, train station and many scenic sights.
