This quiet 3 bedroom home is a favourite amongst travellers, especially being located 200m to the river and picturesque bushland walking track to the main street. Large group bookings are our specialty with guests booking for - boys trips, girls weekends away, multiple families staying in one home, weddings etc. 12pm checkout, family friendly amenities and secure pet facilities, make it a home away from home.

GETTING AROUND Off street car parking for 2 cars, boat or caravan and plenty of street parking. There's many options for getting around, so a car isn't necessary: - Bus stop at the end of the street - Close to picturesque bushland walking track to town (20min). - Courtesy buses to all clubs in Moama NSW and the Echuca Workers Club. These run all day long and will pick you up and drop you off.
DESCRIBE THE AREA The apartment is located in a quiet, picturesque and secure part of town, I used to live there for 11 years and miss it immensely. The homes neighbours are very friendly and welcoming. There's a gorgeous walking track into town along the Campaspe River. You'll thoroughly enjoy this peaceful and quiet home away from home.

This home was perfect for my family and working away. The free breakfast, wifi, Netflix and board games were wonderful and greatly appreciated. We loved this home and the gorgeous walking track to the main street. Thanks for your quick communication and going over and above to make our stay enjoyable.
This is our second time staying at this home as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay last time. This home has everything, plenty of pantry supplies, games for the kids, comfy beds and free breaky. We enjoyed the walk into town along the bike/walking track. Self check in was perfect as we didn't need to rush. Thank your for providing us with your lovely relaxing home. Sleep in with the 12pm checkout!
An absolute home away from home feel. Our stay was wonderful and the home was fabulous. Our highlights were the board games, walking track to town, bringing the fur baby and definitely the quiet location. The 12pm was an excellent extra as we got to sleep in and go out to breaky and didn’t have to rush. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay, we didn’t want to leave!
Thank you Jess for your suggestions they were all much loved and enjoyed. We’ll be staying each time we return to Echuca.

Family friendly home away from home with luxurious beds.
Once again my family loved this home away from home. The linen and beds are absolutely heavenly, making me dread my own bed when I got home! The location is perfect, with a walking/riding track into town, quiet street and 3 minute drive to the Port. The board games, swing set and outside games were a hit and kept the kids off their iPads! My family wouldn't stay anywhere else and enjoy exploring Jess' (host) local suggestions and ideas.
Next time we'll be bringing the fur child to avoid friends looking after her.

First of all i have to admit that it was not a good check in on my behalf .I do have a valid reason for this , as it was medically driven.We had bad communication , due to my mobile deciding to play up.The host has her own policy in place to withhold 500 in lieu of pre empting damage to the property . To which at this point , she is not reimbursing any part of it , She said we left dog hair all over the house, plus i missed picking up one dog poo in the back yard.Part of the over inflated price to stay at the there , is supposedly to clean the place in order for the next sucker to stay.The host like every other host in the area decided to take advantage of the Blues festival by inflating the price by over 330 % for the weekend .For whatever reason the host decides to lock 2 of the bedrooms. ( to which the handles are nearly hanging off ).You also cannot use the garage , as it is full of goods ? So you do not have full access to a unit that you have paid an exuberant price for.The house was ( in our opinion) very unkempt. We had to wash every piece of crockery and cutlery that we used , as they were dirty. There was no sponges to clean with, the little laundry was padlocked. We couldn't use the dishwasher, i threw out some of the cereal, as there were weevil's in it.There is more , but I'm sure you've had enough of reading this.In closing, i reiterate that on my behalf i am partially to blame.However this host is very unprofessional ( in my opinion)
