Mandala Beach House is a high-end six-bedroom property in Jervis Bay.

At Mandala, you’ll feel like you are staying in your own private boutique resort. The upstairs living area will wow you with the most spectacular sweeping views across Jervis Bay.

*Autumn/Winter special - May till Aug 31, 2026- Stay 3 nights, Pay 2; Stay 4, Pay 3; or Stay 5, Pay 4. (Enter your preferred dates and we will add the extra night manually, subject to availability and not available on June long weekend or school holidays).

• Mandala is the perfect place to escape and unwind anytime of the year. There is air conditioning throughout, plus ceiling fans in each bedroom. In winter, curl up on the lounge by the fireplace and enjoy the view.
• Two and a half hours drive from Sydney and less than three hours from Canberra
• Mandala provides a perfect base for water sports including surfing, kayaking, fishing/boating but also whale/dolphin watching, beach swimming and bushwalking.
• Mandala is also a great base for golf getaways.

The house was exactly what we needed with plenty of room for our adult children and their families. The living areas, multiple bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were so spacious and clean. Outdoor areas, including the amazing pool were fantastic. Location right across from the water and a short walk to beaches and parks made this property ideal.

Property was clean and modern, had all the things needed to enjoy your stay. Loved the heated pool especially since the weather was not soo hot. Property manager was so quick to reply and so helpful, we really appreciated her help. Would defenitly recommend this place and we will be back :)

Beautiful beach house overlooking Callala Bay

Well appointed with numerous bedrooms and ensuites to cater comfortably to a large family. Separate downstairs living room a bonus for the teenager and the bay right outside the door great for the little ones. Very comfortable beds and so quiet away from any hustle and bustle. Just the water lapping and birds for company.

Loved our stay at Callala beach. House was amazing, well equipped and lots of space. Great location. We did a surfing lesson and whale watch cruise. Pool was lovely and heated, unfortunately the weather meant we only got in once but that was ok. Beds comfy. Would recommend for large groups

Mandala Beach House is exquisite! Every detail of this property is perfect. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and versatile for a group of up to 12 people. The living areas are spacious and well furnished. The kitchen offers an outstanding selection of elements which include everything you could need for a stay. The outdoor areas are just wonderful with a heated pool, BBQ and outdoor entertainment area - all so comfortable and well equiped. Communication with the Mel (property manager) was first rate - she was clear and timely in all her communications and could not have been more helpful. The location at Callala Bay is beautiful - quiet, tranquil, peaceful. Just perfect. I would recommend this property without hesitation - an absolutely perfect weekend with family and friends.

We absolutely loved the Mandala Beach House. All the rooms were immaculate, it had everything we needed, and is a 25 minute drive to Huskisson. The view was spectacular, and it was a huge bonus having ensuites for almost every room. We stayed here the first weekend in September, and it was cold and rainy, but the pool was heated perfectly and we made use of it a number of times. Melanie is extremely responsive and lovely, and was very quick to have some personal belongings we left behind, shipped to us. We will definitely be staying again!

We go away every year for a long weekend, to various places in NSW and we found Mandala exceptional. Pristine condition, great location, all amenities and the manager was such a pleasure to deal with. We requested a few things and all was taken care. We can't wait for you to experience Mandala and create special memories with family and friends.

Why they chose this property

Mandala is perfect for extended families, couples, girls weekends or corporate retreats. We are one of very few luxury properties to offer six bedrooms, five bathrooms in addition to a pool, two lounge rooms, two fireplaces, air-conditioning. Mandala really does have it all!

We provide a travel cot, high chair, baby gate, potty, step stools, baby bath and change mat for families with young children free of charge (on request).

Mandala is located in Jervis Bay, an area encompassing more than 100 square metres of oceanic bay with coastal villages dotting the shore line. The beaches in Jervis Bay, are said to have some of the whitest sand in the world and are really amongst the safest and most beautiful in Australia.

Mandala is in the village of Callala Bay, on the northern shore of the bay. Callala Bay offers a tranquil, laid back beach holiday experience.
