On the lower level are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. A hot outdoor shower is great for washing off after a trip to the beach.

The property has sweeping views from the ocean to the east over the beach, north to Crookhaven Heads and then on over the hinterland to the escarpment in the west.
