This 3 bedroom home in West Tamworth will ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

Three bedrooms, 2 with queens and third with double. All bedding new with pillow top mattress.

1 bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.

Clean and well presented with quality furnishings.

Light breakfast supplied, comprising of tea/coffee, fresh bread, butter, an assortment of condiments, cereal (2 types), milk and free range farm fresh eggs (from our local property).

Split system heating and cooling in the lounge and master bedroom. Additional heating provided for other areas. Ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms for the warmer months.

Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and oven.

Living area with TV/DVD, lounge (sofa bed).

Free WIFI

Well equipped laundry with ironing facilities and washing powder.

BBQ facilities.

An easy walk to the dogs park, also an easy enough walk to the main street for a coffee along the river if you feel like some light exercise. Convenient to get around town in a quiet neighbourhood.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return! The check-in process was seamless, making everything easy from the moment we arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the accommodation was spotless and well equipped. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, including fresh bread and eggs waiting for us, plus a generous supply of coffee pods. It was excellent value for money and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

We would recommend to anyone and would stay again. The proximity is perfect, close to shopping, across the road to West Tamworth league club and just up the road from Tamworth Entertainment Centre - where we went to a comedy show. Property was clean and had everything we needed even breakfast. The hosts (Sarah) was amazing and so accommodating.

This house was great - comfy beds, well kitted out kitchens, clean and tidy. The only thing was the overwhelming smell of synthetic fragrance from lots of electric diffusers. We turned them all off and aired the house out and it was much better.
